Cougars took the lead early in the first half with a goal from Claire Gough.  Northwood pulled level with 5 minutes of the first half remaining.  With some great play from Abigail Freeman and great defending from Eloise Linnett, Cougars were the dominant team. During the second half, Claire was able to score a further 3 goals to ensure an excellent final score line of 4-1 to the Cougars.
