I was born a stray farm cat but my Mum was too ill to
look after me. When I was a few weeks old and almost starved to death I
luckily wandered through a cat flap and was looked after by Rebecca &
Alison. Their dad worked with Rob, who had said the previous day that he and
Caroline (his fiance) wanted a cat, and a week later I went on a long
journey from Huntingdon to Woking, where I now live. |

Polly came to live with us when she was a few months
old after a trial month living with a friend of ours who unfortunately had a
dog who made it clear that he was going to eat Polly for supper one night if
she stayed there any longer. Rosie was born across the road from where we
live so we know both her mother and her grandmother too but are not too sure
who daddy might have been and she came to live with us when she was six
weeks old. |

hands. We only had 3 cats at the time so we took Zippy to even up the

Widget is a true miracle cat. He was
found abandoned on a main road when he was only 4 months old, when we took him in.
Four months ago he was diagnosed with severe renal failure, weighed less
than 5 pounds, and the vet said he would be gone within a week. Widget had
other ideas however, and four months later is stronger than ever (and
doesn't he know it!!) He knows what it's like to be sick, so he says "get
well soon Frank!!" |

He came via my sister who told me a friend of
hers had rescued him from a cellar he had been trapped in for an unknown period. It was soon after that he was diagnosed as diabetic. Expensive but worth every penny. |
