Frank says: He does sometimes
Aloha Frank!
My human checks on your progress every night. So good to see you sitting up lately. You're looking so much better. How about a Hawaiian vacation when you're all better? A frosty cold Mai Tai under a shady palm tree on the beach? We can chase the crabs! All that sand to dig in and scatter about.........what fun we could have!
Noa
G'day Frankie baby,
Love your work....pity you had to go to all that trouble of getting hit by a car to get your own web site! Still a cats go to do what a cats got to do.
Being from sunny Australia (Brisbane, Queensland) I suggest you listen to our national youth radio station...Triple J...you can tune in over the web...www.triplej@abc.net.au...no adds, funky music, aussie humour what more could you ask for? Thursday mornings from 11am is the science show which I'm sure a cat of your intellect would love...you get to ring in with questions very exciting! Ooops just realised you'd be sleeoping at that time!
Anyhooooo get better little fella : )

Hi Frank,
Just happened to find your webpage while surfing today. I frequently sneak in while my mom is away from the computer to see what kind of trouble I can get into. I don't get to go outside for the exact reason you are in the cage. My mom keeps me happy otherwise. I walk round and round on her and pat her face with my paw every morning at 4:30am when she is supposed to sleep until 7:30 just to get back at her for not letting me go outside where I can chase the cows and wild turkeys that live near my house. She says that the cows will eat me, but I know better! Hope you feel better soon!!!

Lots of love from me and my two dear cats Shamus and Annabel.
Get well soonest Frank.
Hi Frank,
what an awful letter " a secret person" sent you the other day...
We are a lot of people around the world having
some kind of animals and a lot of us really love cats.
If you decide to take care of an animal it´s for
the animals lifetime. You are responsible for the animal all the time and you have to treat the animal as if it´s your own "flesh and blood". Before you buy an animal - think it over - it can cost a lot of money - check out the possibility of insurance. An animal is definitely not a kind of toy (but it will give a LOT OF JOY) Unfortunately all people can´t afford to spend a lot of money on vet.bills, medication and other kind of treatments and a lot of us have lost a loved animal. For some people around the world, the animal can maybe be the only family they have. I was sick not so long ago and have to spend some time at animalhospital but my "mum" did everything for me. I heard she told the vet ; do all you can as long as my cat doesn´t suffer. I can only speak for myself but when I heard that I thought: I have to fight. And now back at home again I show my mum more love than ever before. It cost a lot of money, but my mum has an insurance on me so some money was paid back.
By the way...today you were sitting up - yes !!!!
Best wishes Rupert C
Frank, you are looking scrummy this morning - sunshine coming through the window and content face. It looks as though you have been doing a little bar bending lately (left cam) - that's just showing off isn't it!
When the cage is empty we will know you are bouncy again.
miaow, miaow and purr from Kedi, Poods and Mandu too.
Frank, you had a mention on Anglia News last night (26th May)
Morning Frank
Hello from very sunny Milton Keynes.
Beautiful day for sunning yourself on the patio - you'll be up and at it soon! Saw you on telly last - Anglia news, they said they were pleased you were on the mend. My human, Alan, said you were a very beautiful cat - he made me jealous- but then my human Trish has always said you were a pretty cat.
Anyway, keep up the good work sleeping, and meiow soon

Dear Frank, I sent you a message some time last week. It appears as though you did not get it. I heard about you from my sister who lives in the U.K. I live in South Africa with Olivia (Oliver Twist) a maine coon I addopted 2 years ago. She was in just as bad a shape as you when I found her. She loves watching you and hopes you'll have a speedy and complete recovery. If your wondering about the Oliver Twist part - she insisted on it. She's an orphan afterall. We both look forward to seeing you again. Love Y&O

Hey Frank,
This morning, as usual, I turned the computer on to warm up as I made a pot of coffee. Then I set Mr. Monet' fish bowl next to the monitor while I fed Lambert (his highness the Pudicus Caticus). When I got back to the computer it was showing the "hot-mail compose e-mail" page! I do believe Mr. Monet was trying to send you a letter while I was away!
I suppose he was trying to say "Good morning Frank, glad to see you all chipper today"!
Morning Frank,
I can see you're working hard on getting some shuteye today - am very jealous! Me and my flatmate Mary watch you on the webcam when we're supposed to be working. Our evil landlord won't let a cat own us so we have to make do with loving you from a distance. Snuggles etc, from AMS
Hi Frank

Dear Frankie
I have been following your progress every day, whilst I am supposed to be working.
I am now going on holiday for a week, so hope when I come back that you will be out of 'prison' and about to run around again.
Will check with you when I come back on the 8th April. In the meantime I hope you get lots of good things at Easter, and that you will be allowed out of your cage more often when David is off on holiday.
All the best
susan
Hi Frank

We have been watching you for weeks Frank and we are so pleased that you are getting better. We are fellow tuds and I (Dino) know exactly how you feel. When I was a kitten I was run over and my whole back end was shattered. 10 years on I am fine, except I have been left with a bit of a mincey walk!
Hope you can be freed soon as it is getting nice and sunny now, and there is a lovely summer breeze to swoosh across your tail and cause a mental half hour in the garden! All the cats of Prestwood also send their love, as do my owners, the Lush family. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Hello Frankie!
You look much better now. I am sure that you will be out of your cage real soon.
Take care, and look twice when you´re crossing the road.
Hugs from Morgan (and my human Lena) from Älvsjö, Sweden.
Hello again, Frank
Greetings from snowy Ontario, Canada. We are not allowed outside at the moment due to more snow that fell yesterday.
So pleased to see how you are improving, we check on you several times every day and read about your latest bids for freedom. Good luck with your check up at the Vets next week, we're sure you will get a clean bill of health. Have a lovely Easter. Best Wishes from your fellow felines Bomber, Nissi and Miracle, also "parents" Sylvia and Chris
Dear Frank pleased to see you are getting up and about. My pet Tracy has been keeping me informed of your terrible accident and good progress. Its my 3rd birthday today I was born the runt of the litter at a Cats Protection shelter and was taken on by my pets Patrick & Tracy with a poor life expectancy. Three years later I have more rolls of fat than the Micheline Man and more beds to sleep on than Argos...just thought we could count our blessings of owning pets that love us...love Alf , The AMLS Helpline Dino Tiger and all the horses at the Civil Service Riding ClubXXX
We're finishing work now for Easter and I won't let my mummy use a computer at home over Easter because she won't give me enough cuddles if she starts working at home - my daddy does enough of that and then tells me off for playing with his mouse. I though mouses were for playing with.
Have a lovely Easter Frank and I hope that the Easter Bunny (tee hee) sends you lots of lovely Easter Eggs.
See you next Wednesday.
Hi Frank - you are gorgeous and I am glad you are getting better. Lots of love
Hiya Frank - would you like to listen to Heart 106 - it is really a good station and they play good soothing music - it will be purrfect for you to snooze to - especially if they play anything by the Lighthouse family.
Dear Frank
Glad to see that you are quite lively today. The weather is beautiful
here and I am enjoying watching the birds and squirrels in the
garden. I am also very happy because my personal cook as
returned from China and I have had stir-fried duck and ham-foo- yung for my dinner this week. When you are better, you are invited
to visit Manchester and I'll tell him to make an extra portion.
Best wishes
Bruiser

DEAR FRANK! I hope you are feeling better real soon! In the meantime, you should listen to B101, that is 101.5 FM. It would really relax you! Take care! KAREN ANN.

Hi Frank
You are such a cute boy! I just wanted to let you know that I had a dreadful accident when I climbed out of the bathroom window and fell 40 feet onto concrete below. My mum was frantic and ran across the road to the fire station (in her nightie) to get help. I was rushed to the vets in Islington where they kept me in. Miraculously, I didn't break any bones although I was paralysed in my hind quarters and they thought they might have to amputate my tail. After a couple of days they let me home and mum was delighted. Unfortunately that night I had a fit and had to be rushed to the Royal Veterinary clinic in Camden (mum was in her nightie again) where they didn't expect me to last the night. They took X Rays and discovered I had an enlarged heart and problems with my lungs. I pulled through and mum collected me as she wanted me to die at home. She set up a sick bay, bought my favourite food, didn't go to work (much to her boss' annoyance) and stayed with me the whole time. 18 months later I'm still around and every day is a bonus! I have to have tablets twice a day which means mum can't go on holiday or get out much in the evenings but thats OK as the vets bills cleaned her out of money anyway! Not bad for a boy of indeterminate age who was found half dead in a dustbin 10 years ago! Perhaps we can meet up when you're better to discuss our war wounds...
Get well soon
Love Tiddsxxxx
I thought you would like to listen to Plymouth Sound, you'll find it at www.koko.com.

Frank,
Tune in to Red Rose Rock FM 97.4 in Preston, Lancashire, it is a top listen.
Like your new blanket.
Hi Frank,
Janet again and hoping you are feeling much better - as each day goes by you seem to be looking much brighter. What a horrible negative message that anonymous (prat) person sent. Obviously that is one household that does not have much laughter in it! I guess one nasty message out of all that you have received is nothing to worry about. Have you thought of making a book from this website and distributing it to animal welfare agencies for fundraising? I hope this website continues after you are better. You take care Frank.
Lots of Love
Janet Gokalp
Hi Frankie, I just watched you "do your laundry" and it is good to see you looking so agile and healthy. I saw you "wash" and "rinse" but no "spin dry." That 's because you're confined to a cage, right? Stay clean and sweet. Love, Cheryl

My dad's at the pub playing skittles and drinking beer, and my mum's busy watching telly. But I don't mind because it means I can see how you're doing. It's just taken me ages to catch up with all your messages (I'm not very good at reading, my dad says it's because I'm a bit dim). Isn't it nice to know you have so many friends...humans aren't so bad after all, even if they do make you run around outside in the cold when you're actually quite happy to carry on sleeping... The bigger humans are going on holiday tomorrow so I won't be able to send you any more messages until after their return on the 6 April. You see the lady human does my typing because my nails are too long (do you remember me asking you if you have your nails cut). Mine need doing but they're ok for the moment.

Hope you get lots of messages from all your friends around the world.
