Surely a cool dude like Frank needs to be listening to the hippest, most soulful sounds in town? Perhaps you can slide on by the cats at Choice FM London (www.choicefm.net) and tune into the latest in RnB, hip hop and soul. It's what all your massive in the west end are jiving to today. Wicked.
Be cool babes (and perhaps move every now and again...?) Your partner in jive, Loonycat1
you will be out just in time to bask in the summer sun
Hi Frank,
Just to let you know that you are the lucky mascot for us when we go to Nottingham this Saturday to watch the Manchester Storm ice hockey team in the Sekonda Superleague Playoff finals !!. Hope you're feeling better and that you keep up to date with the Storm's progress. We're gonna win it for you Frank !!!!.

Hey Frank, I'm Maizie - I'm a lad of about 15 - my current humans thought I was a girl when I moved in with them - I think it was because I was a bit soft! My partner in crime is Sooty - he's a rescue cat from the local shelter and is totally bonkers - hence he lets me do the typing! We've been keeping check on your progress regularly since we heard. Glad you're getting better. I had my teeth fixed up last December and the vet took some brilliant pictures - I may send them along one day! We read the "nasty message" from last Thursday and agree with all the comments. Our humans try to give a bit to the local shelter when they can and we're sure that this site is encouraging others to do the same. Tell your humans that they are doing all animals proud.

Frank says: People think I'm a girl....not fair
Hi Frank
Your cameras need redecorating still - I can just see you! Glad to read your getting out and about more often. I've got to go to the vet's today. Got into a fight over the weekend and the big wound in my ear has gone septic. Looking forward to that one! Nesbit

Estou feliz pela sua recuperação , tome cuidado para atressar a rua da próxima vez .
Um cheiro pra vc !
Just wanted to tell Frank that he's in the 'things to make you smile' section of the Smile e-banking web site. The story is linked straight through from the Guardian Unlimited site by the looks of it.
Anyway, don't work too hard Frank, if I was a cat and in your position I'd be relaxing as much as possible! But I'm not, so I'd best get back to work!
Alastair
P.S. Maybe Frank could be the next star of the Bacardi Breezer ads? When he's better of course!
Frank says: Good plan
Frank you're my pin up! Perhaps I can be yours? You'll see I'm a bit shy really, but I am dreaming of you and so glad you're getting better.
Meows & kisses

Hi Frank, I've been checking in on you but today the webcams only seem to be showing the bars of your cage! Have you knocked them over? That's the kind of thing my cat would do - he's a tabby called Oscar and he hopes that you'll be out in the sunshine like him soon.
Love Jo from Liverpool
Frank, Honey, you're web cams look a bit squiffy so I can't see you. My Day's is just not the same without my Frank Fix.
Happy Easter, Fluffy one.
Hint no. 312579: If you're given some butter, lick carefully as pills are probably hidden in it. Enjoy the butter and leave the pill - that way you get a bit of chicken or fish aswell!!

Frank says: Shhh
Frank,
My people have put your picture on their computer, so every time they turn it on, I get to see you. As a cat, I wasn't sure at first that I liked them to have a picture of someone else on display - competition for me, see - but I have grown to like you very much. Each night I hear them telling each other how you are getting on. They think I don't understand. Huh! People? They think they're intelligent? Anyway, get well soon. Then maybe they'll put ME on their computer instead of you... Love, Merripus
Hi,
Just thought I'd let you know that we linked to Frank in one of our news pieces yesterday.

Hi there, Frank! Juliet here from Boston, MA, USA. It's been a while since I've sent you a message so I thought I'd better do it now. My humans finally let me have the computer. Well, not really. They just don't know I'm on it. One's in the shower and the other is at work. Ha ha! I've been checking out some of the pics of other cats here, and I swear I've seen 2 cats that look exactly like me! They're both boys...distant cousins maybe?
It's excellent they're letting you out of the cage to get some exercise, though I hope you're taking it easy and not getting into *too* much trouble. How rude of that person to send a message saying this was all a scam. You'd think they'd take the time to look over the site and get some info before they sent a message like that to make themself look like a complete *idiot*!!! Anyhow, you're definitely looking better and I hope you're able to be free full time soon, though I'll miss seeing you.
OK, I think the human's about to get out of the shower so I'd better scoot! Tell D that I think he's doing a great job of running all this. I know it must be tough...probably didn't know what he was getting himself into when he started this all up, did he?
Take care...kitty licks and purrs, Juliet (and her humans)
Hello again Frank, glad to see you sorted those cameras out, could only see a tiny bit of you yesterday. But now you're in the picture and looking cute as usual. Won't be long now and we'll all have to say "bye bye" 'cos you'll be out and about.
Hi Frank! We were delighted to see you washing the cute pink pads on one of your back feet today...you've got to be feeling a whole lot beter or you wouldn't be able to get your foot up to your mouth so nicely.
We'd like it if, when D finally gets the word that he can let you out of the cage, he would leave the cams set up in your room, maybe on a kitty bed and your food bowl, so we'll still be able to see you??
Warm hugs and nose rubs from all of us, your feline friends in Virginia, USA, Lesley, Sylvie, Louie, and Fuzzy
Gordon says "miaoooooow" from the Ocean Nomad
Hoorah!
The camera's sorted! Great to see you back Frank!

Hey, Frank, I've just read that delightful letter of Thursday's date, didn't notice it before perhaps I didn't read Thursday's messages. Anyway don't you get the feeling that someone is missing their "Over a thousand pounds" more than their cat?
A friend of mine lost her cat late last year, but you are helping her with her grief, she has your wallpaper up. This website is helping a lot of people in this way, and has helped with international communication and compassion.
Sadly there always has to be someone who totally misses the point. But most of us haven't!!
Dear frank
I am a one yed cat cat called Tippy Toes I have seen your pictures on the computer and want to send you lots of purrs and strokes. My friend Simba has also sent you a message, but I couldn't find it on your messages page. Now you are getting so popular can you devise a way that I can look out for messages toyou from my friends in the feline world? Love Tippy Toes
Hello Frank,
We are cats to and our mum watches you on your website, and has told us about you.
She says you are very handsom, and we are glad you are recovering.
We wish you well and think it is a wonderful idea to have a website animal lovers can visit, our mum has put our profiles in the readers pages.
Wishing you a speedy recovery, and lot's of love.

Hey Frank! How can you hear the tunes on the radio when you're sleeping all day? Get better soon. I hope I'm watching whenever you escape from the cage for a well deserved romp about the house. Love you!
Hi Frank...
OK still in hospital... what a peeeerfect place to get better..
Bad news, you won't get better listening to the likes of Capital Gold.... You'll get old before your time, what you need is to chill out with all the other cats at Choice, check ChoiceFM now at www.ChoiceFM.net.
Get well soon

Hi Frank, Spring is coming and I hope you can get out of your cage soon and chase a few flies in the garden - love from Bits and Pieces (my cats)

Hi Frank
Greetings from sunny Lockerbie. My name is Hamish and I was very poorly a couple of years ago. Even now, my Mum has to give me a steroid injection every fortnight. Just like you, I'm pretty brave about it..just the way that we guys are I suppose. Keep your whiskers puissant Hamish with greetings from co-senior kitty Flora and junior kitties Finlay and Mhairi
Oh poor you... Get well SOON!!!
Love,
Irina from Finland
Frank - are you really ill, or has this horrible Igentics company kept you locked up in a cage as a publicity stunt?
Are you bored?
Why have you turned your bowl over?
What happens to you at night?
Are you lonely?
Where are you - maybe I can help you escape?
Frank says: (D) Yawn, another one...Frank is not ill, he has a broken pelvis, this is not a staged publicity event and I find is somewhat offensive that you should suggest it is. If it makes you happy I can turn the webcams off, or as an alternative you could not bother looking at the site. Also if you are suggesting that Igentics Ltd is a 'horrible' company I would like you to send over some proof or retract the comment. Igentics has given considerable time and resource to cathospital at no cost whatsoever, yes we do get some good press but that has never been the driver for cathospital.
Of course he is bored, he is in a cage all day. However he has plenty of toys and has a good run about a couple of times a day.
His bowl is upside down because he pulls his carpet about when he sharpens his claws.
The cameras are turned off between 10:00pm and 11:00pm then his light is turned off, I don't watch him at night as I have to sleep but I suspect he spends most of it asleep.
No there are ten invisable cats in there to keep him company.
He's in Cambridge, if you want to help him escape please don't as you'll probably make his condition worse.
Of course all of this info is on the website..if only you could be bothered to read it.
Frank,
Just logged on to have a look & see how you are doing, and it looks like you've been on another wrecking spree in your cage. Glad to see you're so much better now though, fingers crossed for the next trip to the vet. Smirnoff wiggles her bum to you (I think she likes you!) all the best .xxxxx

Dear Frank,
Re March 24 message: sorry, didn't mean to shout. Just concerned about kitties' health and safety.
It's good to see you on all fours. You are one handsome cat. My Scooter is sitting here on the desk next to the computer. He watched you a little, but we noticed a crow sitting in a tree outside in the rain (much needed here in New York City) and he hasn't even blinked for about 3 minutes. Perhaps his brothers Inky and Frosty will take the next shift.
How much longer do you have to stay in the hospital? Will this site disappear when you return home?
Hope the recovery continues to go well. (Scooter still hasn't blinked. You pussycats are incredible when you are watching something.) Again, sorry for shouting.
Love from Flowerkitty and Scooter, Inky and Frosty, the maniacal snowcat
I look forward each day to see how you are doing and what you are up to during the day. I am very happy to see you are healing fast! My cat, Chloe, sends you kitty kisses and hugs and hopes you will be back to your normal self very soon!
Hello Little Frankie
Hope you get well - you look like a cat that needs to be outside and play. Lots of virtual strokes and brushing : give us a wink into the camera sometime!
Take care

Hi, Frank! I was just told about your unfortunate accident. I'm happy to know that you're getting well! I love cats, and I cannot tolerate people who don't yield the streets and highways to cats, no matter what the situation.
I have two females, both about a year old. Nikita is part Himalayan, and I found her, wild, when she was about two months old. Sarah is part Siamese and I found her, also wild, in a tree when she was only a few weeks old. They are both beautiful girls, and they send their get-well wishes, too.
Best wishes to you, wee beastie! Hang onto those other eight lives, okay?
Ear-scritches,
Cynaera
Hint on keeping a cat in a room: I use a tall screen for a barrier to block the hall just beyond the door, so the kitty does not have far to go if he does get past me.
-Linda
I suggest that he listens to leicester sound radio that will cheer him up!
Know how you feel Frank. I've just come home after having my manhood taken away. I know this isn't as serious as your injuries, all the same Frank I feel traumatised! Franky there's something missing from my life now and I just don't feel complete. No more tomming for me! Get well soon and keep washing those private areas as you've been doing tonight - I'm proud of you boy!
Hi Frank
Brilliant, excellent, fabulous news! The countdown to freedom is really on now.
Love Karen
Hey, Frank, you look great! Better cut that out or your owners will cut off the cat cam and declare you healed...then where will we be?
Glad you're feeling better!

Frank says: Not sure yet
Dear David!
I was pleased to see how you answered that weird person of March 21. But - there is a point in your answer you should have gone further with. All the rescue animals. I am a servant of four cats. You have so kindly published a photo of one of them, Tooticki, but there are also Mumrick and Tesslan. Toti is born under a bush and both his mather and siblings were taken care of. Mumrick was a stray - propably not so funny anymore when he started to grow up (he was about five months when he was found) and Tesslan was badly burned on her feet when she was found, three months old. They live today thanks to people caring for cats. BUT - how much you love them - it costs! Food, litter, vets and so on. So; please David - make some links from your site to animal homes so people can donate money to cats less fortunate than Frank and mine! The fourth? Oh, he was born by an abyssianian mother who jumped out of the kithen window... He was brought up in a normal family and bought to be a friend of my first cat - Knytt, who died seven years ago.
Best wishes
Eva-Lena Holmgren
Hello Frank. I'm Caroline From Malta and today you look much better. I'm really glad as you are doing a big process. My Cats are nearly all the eime watching. Remember that I treat you as my cats. :)) Get well soon :)
Hi,
Just thought I'd let you know that there is a piccy and an article about Frank in April's issue of "Your Cat". Frank will be extremely pleased to know that he looks extremely handsome in the photo.
If you want me to email it to you, let me know and I will do so.
Glad that Frank is making progress, you must have the patience of a saint to keep him confined to barracks, if my two cats were put into a cage I think I would have to sell up and move as the neighbours would complain about the noise.
Regards,
Sue Cartwright
Hey FrAAAAAAAAAnkie!
Hiya chum! Hey, my mom watches you everyday and talks to you, even though Luna cat thinks, since she parks her big self next to Ma's computer, that mom is talkin to her... We noticed a beautiful new pad you seem to be enjoying and are always very happy to hear about you feeling better. So, Frank, we were really trying to see what color your eyes are... blue? They are very pretty, mine are brown and Astro and Luna both have green.
Ummm, Astro and I had a bit of a spat yesterday morning, I guess I startled him out of a nap and he smacked me several times on my leg; drew blood the grumpy moot!
I hope Ben's dewclaw is better and I ESPECIALLY hope we get to see you out of the cage sometime soon!
Your Jack Russell pal, Jackie The Brat
Hi Frank,
Just wanted to let you know that my cat 'Smudge' had suffered the very same accident as you when i found her in a hedge. After surgery and TLC she made an excellent recovery. So before you know it you'll be chasing creatures, great and small, for all you're worth. Be Cool.
Frank says: Good news thanks
Dear Frank,
I'm so happy to hear that you're healing well and feeling better. You have given me and so many people such joy as we've watched your recovery! Such a handsome guy you are! Today I see you have something new and very colorful to curl up on - another gift from an admirer, I guess. So many gifts. How do you have time to deal with them all + sleep and eat and daydream?
Your owner says you may be out of the cage soon. Does that mean no more cameras, no more being able to check in to see how you're doing? And what is it he does all day when he's at work (if you know - or care). Maybe he'll give us some information about what will happen with your website when he knows...
Stay calm, Frank, and don't go leaping around 'til you're more sound. So many people are rooting for you and love you.
-- Brenda
Good luck to you, Frank!
You are very good cat!!!
I know you will recover!
I am from Belarus. I have a cat, too.

Hello Frank,
We're reely glad you are are getting better evry day. Yesturday we kort a mouse for you but the woman that feeds us refuzed to post it to you. We will try again tonite. We mite get away with hiding the head under the rug (we're good at that) and posting it ourselves. Or wood you prefur the tail? We red your messiges from 24 March and saw that you had one from Ted and Dougal. We are verry konfuzed. Becos we didn't rite it. The spelling was better for wun thing. (Actually Ted writes these and his spelling is awful - my spelling is very good because I sometimes sleep on the dictionary -Dougal) Ennyway, we are a bit wurried incase other cats are impersonating us. Tho so long as they don't eat our prawnz We don't spose it matters. Keep on running about. Love, Ted & Dougal. PS. We did moon at the postman but he hadn't got his specs on and tried to sharpen a pencil in Ted's bottom.
I think you are very brave .
Wish you a rapid recovery
LOTS OF LOVE

Evening Frank!
Hope you (+ your Mum & Dad) like 'Monty' the little cat statue we sent you c/o the West Burton Cat Pottery in the Yorkshire Dales. Our Mum & Dad think they're so lovely and in memory of our deceased friends have a little bronze sleeping one on each casket containing their ashes (Perdita, Portia & Josphine - your guardian angelcats). Please don't think this is morbid - they give comfort and we did send you one that looks awake - and alive of course - like you and us!! May he bring you and all who love you good fortune, health and happiness (chicken, chicken, chicken and more chicken) in every way and every day.
Keep getting better.

Hi Frank, Tibs here-I cant let that thicko Mwg have all the fun! I'm the visitor who should go home occasionally but the quality of food and care here is better than where I am supposed to Live ! The housekeeper has told us she is getting another lodger for a few weeks-hasn't had as much trouble as you, mate but he's a neglected persian and the vet took an hour-under anasthetic, mind you-to shave all the lumps and matts off-and they found he had loads of ticks!!!Yuck amd ugh. How's she cuttin' Frankieeeeeeeee
I am having to seriously reconsider my offer to give myself to Hove, even tho I appreciate your gesture of solidarity, Frank, I really do - and Hove does sound like the place to be. However, even tho B.B. seems to be conceding most of my demands I must stand firm on keeping my bits for a bit longer at least, cos my She told me the vet said I could as I haven't yet reached pooberty. And I have to learn how to spray on everything like Mangy Stinky. (She just loves it when he gets in our kitchen and gives the whole place good overcoat of spray) Also - that Pussy Posse sounds more like Pussy Poshy to me, a bit of a closed shop I reckon, what with secret pawshakes and cryptic language and all. Granted, I'm pretty good at demolishing frogs and wrens, but I haven't been tested with seagulls yet. I asked MS. about "spids" but he's probably too common to have come across them - although he did promise to check around.
Of course I haven't ruled out the move entirely, but there's no point leaving Her if it's not going to be to my absolute advantage.
So, come on, you Hove lot, do you want me or not - I'm young, eager, and willing to learn, but I warn you, I cannot compromise my utter common-as-muckness. By the way, I haven't sent my picture as I know I would be inundated with older women wanting to teach my gorgeousness a thing or two. Bye for now, Frank, buddy. P.S. Hoverians, can Mangy Stinky come too????? He's as cool as they come.
Frank says: I expect they will let us all come, Hove is big enough. what a posse we will be, I can almost smell it from here :-)
