Messages to Frank - 24th Mar

Hi Frank. Listen, mate, can you give a message to your human for me? Tell him I thouroughly approve of the way he answered that person having a go at him. Also, tell him I think what he's doing is brilliant. Animal welfare needs all the publicity it can get these days. It's nice to have somewhere animal lovers can share their enthusiasm for the animals they love and care for. I lost my gorgeous little cat, Teela, a few months ago to cancer and I miss her desperately. It's lovely to see a happy ending to a sad story for once, as you continute to improve. I have been fascinated by your story and hope you make a full recovery; I'm sure you will. What with all the stress your Humans have gone through lately with your accident, and the financial costs incurred by your treatment, I'm sure the last thing they need right now is some interfering busy body (who incidently haven't even got their facts straight) having a pop. Tell your Dad I'm right behind him, and sharpen your claws, they could come in handy for further detractors.

Love Crystal xxx

Frank says: Thanks Crystal, it's nice to know that most people support what we are doing

Dear Frank,
we have all grown to love you and are thrilled that you are looking so perky. Hope your life brings many excitements and purry times.
We can tell how much your owners love you and are happy for all of you that things have turned out ok after such a trauma.

lots of love and get better wishes,

Hi Frank, My names Paul and I love you so much, I hope you get better soon and I think you should listen to purple radio FM.

Dearest Frank

All of us, in Brazil, who like very much such lovely
beings as you, are thinking of you and praying for
you getting better soon.
Please, excuse my awful English, and receive our best wishes. kisses, cuddles ang hugs:-) M.

Hi Frank,
Good to see you're looking better every day. I know you'll be a very happy cat when you can live in the outside world again. Your humans only have the best at heart for you & are following doctors orders. I'm sure you know this, felines are very smart. Maybe you would like to go for a few hours or a day without you collar. Since you are confined there's really no chance of losing you. I know I like to take my jewelry off to feel free. Just a thought, maybe there's a reason. I can't find fault with you humans for the wonderful way they have given you a second chance on life. I can't know everything going on there, so maybe there's a good reason. Just wondering... So, till next time, keep improving & you're in our prayers. Jane, Punky & Baby

Frank says: When a cat is adopted from Wood Green the nametag and collar have to be left on. It is a condition of the adoption

Dear Frank,

I heard from my friends Dylan and Nick about your unfortunate accident. I hope you are on the mend and they give you some kippers!

Love,

Katie in New York City

Hi, Frank

Frank, You are sitting up awake! Glad to see You making progress. Are You going to publish your work? Heard about the Pusslitzerprice?

Hi Frank, I read about your unfortunate injury in the local Queensland, Australia, newspaper. I wish you a speedy recovery. We own a cat that fell off our roof and hit the wooden garden setting leaving one of his hind legs hanging on by a thread of skin, so we have a fair idea of what you are now going through. Luke, our cat, was miserable locked up in the cage for six weeks, but we humans did our best to spoil him even more and Luke sends his best wishes to you as well. Luke's leg slowly grew some of his bone back- He lost 30% of the bone because of the compound fracture, and dispite his wonky walk and sitting position, he's fine. Again, have a quick recovery, Thinking of you. Amandaxxxxxxxx

Good morning, hope you feeling good this morning I wait for you to come on line still got the night picture. Love/Irene

Hello Poppitt, Hope you have had a good nights sleep and are ready for your breakfast. My Felix got me up at 3.45 because he could hear the birds singing, I bet you can't wait until you can get out there on patrol again. Take care of yourself and get better very soon, Lots of love and a hug and kiss from me and Felix (who is back on my bed and I can hear him snoring from the next room) XXXX

Frank says: 3:45??? ouch

We think your staff need to tidy your cage-getting a bit frustrated, mate? we're off to check the boundaries for overnight incursions. Hope nobody's moved in on your patch while you've been out of action-give us a bell and we'll help you restablish your territory (for a small consideration, say hunting rights?,of course!)

Mercutio and Macbeth (its a long story, those names)

P.S. our staff member spends a lot of time watching you instead of what she should be doing!

Hi Frank - hope all is well with you. You look as if you are having a wash at the moment - sorry to disturb you. Just to let you the mices crop appears good this season. We caught two last night and left the bits in the dining room for the humans this morning - after all that's where they eat their special dinners. Get out there as soon as you can. Love from Charlie, Tabs and Spider. Xxx

We are all very disappointed that not only Frank didn't listen to the show on Saturday but there has been no mention of Totalrock on your media section while on Totalrock.com message board listeners and DJs have been posting messages for Frank and suggesting songs for his weekly dedication on the show. We realize that you might not know us well but we have a listenership of a 1.5 million weekly in the UK alone, that's not counting our web listeners around the globe. We know it's not Franks fault and we'll continue dedicating songs to him and talking about him.

Frank says: I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. It's D, fault and he is sorry, we will try and remember to make you station of the day on saturday. sorry, and sorry

Frank the Cat, We ar looking forward to seeing you free in your parent's house.

Hi Frank!! How are you???I come from Poland.
I'm 10 years old and I'm watching you first time.

Frank says: Thankyou

I would love to be able to say that you are looking better, but all you do is sleep, or look sleepy! Has anyone mentioned the guiness book of records to you yet? I`m sure you could win something for the longest sleep time. Anyway lots of love from Sid, (Wolverhampton) ps., my human Mum says I am getting a jack russell to play with for Easter, nice change from mice, I can really make him run, also he hates to be stalked, hahaha!!!

Hi Frank

We just wanted to wish you a speedy recovery. Being mischevious wee tom cats, we have got into a few scrapes ourselves and had to pay a few visits to the vet. We know what it's like being confined to quarters.
Take it easy, we will follow your progress on the web page............

Ted and Dougalxx

Dear Frank, I wish you a speedy and full recovery - from a cat who had an operation and was diagnosed with incurable cancer (but feeling fine now). With lots of love - Blackie.

Hello Frank

Muffin and Binkie send you get well greetings and think you're really brave.

We're watching you now on our human's "notebook PC" which is a pretty pathetic thing compared to all your hi-techie stuff - but she seems to think it's all right. She hasn't got much money and obviously she has to spend most of what she has got on our fresh fish and Marks and Spencer pate and all the other stuff we like.

We think Jazz FM sounds a bit noisy and fast for a Sunday afternoon. Why not try the Afternoon Concert on Radio 3 - it's great music for snoozing to. Actually, Radio 3 is always good for sleep and we know that's your main hobby. If you are having difficulty getting off to sleep they have really interesting discussion programmes which are just brilliant for getting you off - and give you nice dreams too.
LOTS OF LOVE, KEEP YOUR WHISKERS UP! XXXX
MUFFIN & BINKIE XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Frank says: Cheers

Dear Frankie,
How are you today? You look well but bored, don't you like Jazz FM? I like Capital myself, maybe you should try that. I'm okay, but am feeling tired, I tried to bring my mummy a bird earlier, but she didn't like it and the bird flew away. So when are you going to be better? I have to go and sleep now. Hope to get your mail in a few days, I know that you have lots of people to keep in touch with, so I don't expect you to mail me too quickly. MEEEEEOW! Your pal, Persephone xxx

Dear Frank!

Hope that you're feeling better!
Yesterday, the 23rd of March, there was a notice about you in a Swedish weekly magazine called "Malmömagasinet". It's a free magazine distributed to people living in the Malmö-region. I thought you would like to know this.

Take care!
/Christina.

hey little kitty
remeber me?
are you feeling better? 6 weeks is along time to
be in that cage! hope you get better so you can go home.
your friend
Brandi

Hay Frankie

You look much brighter today. I am glad to see your doing well. I have been reaing all the messages you have been sent from around the world, I must say, what a cosmapolitan cat you are. Top cat indeed. You have the summer to look forward to now. You will be back on your feet 100% by the time the grass drys out fully and is warm to lay on. Oh and think of all the butterflies you can chase. Paris chase's them allot, but between you and me his success rate is very poor. Ah bless his white wiskers. Baby sends a big lick and a nose rub. Blue keep up the speedy recovery, and finally Paris, he sends lots of get well licks. Will be looking in again to see how you are.

See ya Frankie

Purrs from Paris, Blue and Baby.

Hi there Frankieboy
'Spect you're feeling good by now. It's good and bad, as we'll all be bereft without you.
Was just checking to see if anyone in Hove wants to take me in, - but it looks as if poor David has cracked under the strain - can't say I blame him - maybe we could watch his recuperation next. Maybe he'll give us a bit more action - 'tho hopefully sparing us his bottom. I'm treading carefully today, Frank, as I got the wrong side of Herself last night. She was in the kitchen cooking; as usual I was trying to annoy her, getting in the way and yowling, when suddenly I made an incredible discovery - RED MEAT!!!!! I tell you Frankie, I was awesome - couldn't keep up the cute little kitty bit any longer and transMOGrified into a savage beast when she tried to prise me off the meat. I don't remember too much, but apparently I flew into such a wild frenzy that I bit her feet and ankles and she ended up giving me a smack and ejecting me.
I got no sympathy from Mangy Stinky either as he thinks I'm pampered anyway. We tried a bit of frog-terrorising but, whilsts it's O.K. for a Tuesday night, I expect more from a Saturday - like shares in the dinner, followed by heavy petting and big chunk of duvet. So today, Frank, I'm doing the remorse bit and it ain't easy. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to pop back to the mirror to practise a few more sorry-cum-never-again faces. I tried a few smiles - rather fetching I thought, but a bit OTT. See ya later, mate K.

Frank says: Hello Korky, yes he has lost it a bit, don't worry though I doubt it'll get to the stage where his bottom is hanging out!

get well frank

beautiful cat.

We both hope you feel better soon-our dad has been grousing about why your people let you run free outdoors-indoor cats like us live longer and don't get run over by cars! Love from the U.S.A.!!

Frank, get well soon mate.

Thomas and Richard

Frank, where are you?? I hope you are only out of your cage for a bit of a stretch. I was concerned when I logged on as usual and didn't see you!!! You are so sweet, I hope you are feeling much better.

Dear Frank,
I was so sorry to hear of your nasty accident. As you can tell from my name and email address, I am a cat lover. I wish you a speedy and full recovery.
NOW...PLEASE TELL YOUR HUMAN THAT EVEN THOUGH MANY KITTIES ENJOY GOING OUTDOORS, IT IS VERY DANGEROUS (AS YOU FOUND OUT FIRST HAND) AND IT IS MUCH SAFER FOR YOU TO BE KEPT INDOORS. ALSO, IF IT HAS NOT BEEN DONE, NEUTERING WILL HELP KEEP YOU OUT OF FIGHTS (AND SAFER). IT WON'T MAKE YOU FAT OR UNHAPPY. EXERCISE INDOORS. Good luck and health............Love, Flowerkitty

Frank says: DON'T SHOUT

Poor old Frank. In the dark again I see.

Frank says: Humans eh??

Dear Frank,

Get well soon, I think you are rather handsome would you like to be my e-mail pal when you are better?

I am a 13 year old lilac point with big blue eyes, I am quite shy although Leigh and Rachael with who I very kindly share my house with do say I am very talkative. Would love to hear from you by e-mail and I will send you a photo to brighten up your cage.

Lots of Love and purrs

Lucky

Dear Frank,

Please open the attachment above.

My name is Jordan McRitchie and I am 2 and a half years old. I have three cats. Simpson, Hamish and Charlie.

The pictures I have sent are of my cat Simpson. He was run over by a car in 1996 and also suffered from a broken pelvis so he knows how you are feeling at the moment, Frank.

We all wish you a speedy recovery. Simpson says you will be back to your old self in no time.

We watch you every day on your web-cam.

Love Jordan

Frank says: Thanks Jordan

Dear Franklet - greetings from hot, steamy Melbourne, Australia (we're having a hot autumn, unfortunately!) :-)

Could you please ask your human to move your right cat cam, please - at the moment all we can see is thick cage bars, a lot of red (under exposure?), and very little Frank...

Ta...

With much love and lots of cuddles -

Your hot and sticky Australian admirer (ackshally, we're about to have a nice thunderstorm - maybe it'll cool things off a bit!)

Besides Ozy I have an amputee dog who is very popular in Malta.  She is called Tina and you can see her in her K-9 cart in the www.sosanimalsmalta.com web site.

Then there is Mary who is also an amputee cat.

From all of us we would like to wish Frank an immediate recovery and if you would like us to link your web site with ours, we would be more than happy to do so.
