Hey Frank,

I hope you get well soon. I was happy to read your story as it was featured on the planetinternet website in Belgium. You can thank your lucky stars that you are surrounded by those lovely ´humans´ who take such good care of you. I was very upset to hear from my mum in Belgium to our cat of almost 7-years was killed last week early in the morning. As I am currently in Sweden this was very upsetting. He was already injured by a first accident last summer. He also needed several operations and was convicted to live in a cage for several weeks. Unfortunately he didn´t learn to stay on our side of the street resulting in his tragic death. So I hope you have learnt your lessons. Good luck and get well soon.
>From Wendy and Minou (nice black and white female kitten)

Frank says: Oh no, sorry to hear that

Steve and Sammie here. We live in Galion, Oh, USA with our family. We are hoping you get better very soon. We also hope you are reunited with your rescuers very soon.

Frank,
We hope you'll feel better soon. Sounds like you are, if you're scooting out of your cage at every opportunity. Only one of us is allowed outside, because some of us (well just Marcello really) are lacking in common sense. Beside there are coyotes around at night. Sorry about those pills,Ugh!hack, spit!Hide it in the cheek and then spit!Preferably on the person's clothes or the carpet. Anyway, if you are bored, try some houseplants or maybe a tiny bit of nip for fun while you're recuperating.
Maio-Anihita (who is so tiny & wee),Marcello(aka mr Sleazy or Tubba),Owen Bichan Mochin (misspelled Welsh for little pig aka Slobidan Kilmousesavic) and Duke the lab/setter mix (who thinks cats are some kind of sqeak toy and doesn't understand why they get angry when he steps on them) PS as an example of Marcello dangerous tendencies-He set his tail on fire by gracefully swishing it into a candle flame. He then spent fifteen minutes looking very confused about "what is that horrible smell" Fortunately he was only singed.

Just wanna say 'hiya Frank' all the way from Auckland New Zealand, 'meow wow meeeoowwwee' hope you get well soon, Luv Jewels

hello again and goodnight frank,

You look real well now. I liked the photoshoot today - you looked anatural with the lap top. (or was it the mouse?) I think all cats like to pose really.

Have a good sleep - sorry that's all you do anyway - and keep trying to escape.

I'll think of you in my dreams ( how's it go - to dream of slow mice ... )

how did you scan the x-ray pictures? i also tried this but it didn't function. is there a special scanner required?

Frank says: Yes which we don't have. So we taped the x-ray to some glass, shone a light behind it then took a close up with a digital camera. A bit of time in photoshop to clean them up and there you are..

Hi Frank!

I'm Meg and I'm from Brazil. I wish you can back your home as soon as possible! Do you have a home, didn't you? You're so beatiful and I really love cats!

Kisses,

Meg

Frank says: Yes thanks I have a home, I'm there now
Dear Frank---
My cats---Merlin, Mercutio, Magnum, Blitzen, Baltazar, Samantha & Amanda---say you look like a pretty sauve kitty, not to mention very lucky! They saw live shots of you just now, and they wonder if your owner knows this kitty trade-secret: Why do cats lick themselves? Because they're de-li-cious! Now, Frank, no more wanderings outdoors without a chaperone, OK? And when it comes time for physical therapy at home, why, you can practically stay asleep while your owner gently massages & slowly moves your legs---should take care of eliminating any leftover limping, if you've had any...sweet dreams and home-grown catnip to you, Frank! Meow for now---Teresa

Hi Frank, I'm writing to you from the country your, perhaps, has never heard about - Turkmenistan.
I have 8 cats and we all wish you all the best and to get well as soon as possible. Unfortunately I was enable to download your pictures from the hospital but I downloaded you picture before an accident. You resemble very much my one cat called Vasya! Look, baddy, when you will recover, you are very welcomed to our warm country and to your new 8 friends who will be very glad to meet you :-))

Frank says: Yes I have heard of it, and I would love to come and visit
Hi Frank:

On behalf of my two cats, Chessie and Sammy, we all wish you a quick and painless recovery. So sorry you'll be caged up for awhile, but if it helps you to get better soon, then it has it's advantages.

Feel better soon, and may sweet dreams of mice fill your nights.

Hey Frank. On behalf of my family here in Jackson, Wisconsin USA we wish you a speedy recovery

Get Well Soon Frank!

Fred:

Our humans have been following your progress and frankly (no pun intended) we are becoming quite jealous. Here we are, rubbing up against their legs, sleeping on their heads, and licking up the Mommy soup when she steps out of the shower... and all they can do is talk about Frank this and Frank that.

Although we wish you well, we do not appreciate our attention being divided amongst another - not even fur and blood, but CYBER - kitty. Hope you get well so this whole ordeal will be over and we can have our parents back, full-time.

Respectfully yours,
Frieda (aka Wookie) and Midnight (aka Mini-me)

Frank says: Sorry, I'll be out soon

worried that you might not be getting enough food.

Dear Frank,
I too was run over by a non-stopping truck driver. I had been mousing near the haystacks, and was on my way home for dinner when the truck roared up. I nearly made it...I dragged myself back home where my humans made me comfortable til I could get to the vet. X rays show my tail is broken away from the rest of my spine, and sad to say, permanent nerve damage that makes it impossible to pee by myself. We won't go into the other elimination problem, but my human buys dozens of rolls of paper towels and bottles of squirt cleansers. All my bedding and favorite napping spots are machine washable, as I leak a bit too. But these difficulties don't keep me from lurking in wait to leap out on Tinker, tearing across the yard, or catching the occasional unwary vole.
A bit of catnip sprinkled about is a good thing, Frank; when you have healed more remind your humans you need to play.
Thanks for going online. Maybe more people will drive with an eye out for us if they see the heartache our humans feel when we small ones are in pain. One can hope.

Frank says: Thanks

Darling Frank

It is wonderful that you have become an international superstar - demand a very high fee from "Hello" magazine - you deserve it and are more beautiful. I wish I could get my hands on the driver of that car ! I have 3 cats, not from Wood Gn but from CPL shelter down the road - went to visit came home with 3- what a mug!

Frank says: BLimey !
GET WELL FRANK! HOPE YOU GO HOME SOON.

Miaow again Frank,

You are looking much brighter today. Did you know that the nation has stopped work to look at you! My work place alone is at a standstill as we all want to catch up on how you are!

I don't believe that such a sweet cat as you would trash your cage. Someone else did it.....!

Keep purring Frank,

Lisa Richardson

Frank says: oh no it was me :-)
we are still watching you every day - our male cat, B.J. was in a cage for 8 weeks from an RTA quite similar to yours (albeit 4 years ago) he is still climbing trees and terrorising the local mice and birds. He has no fear. Our other cat, Genie, is now 15 and came from Bahrain - she watches you everyday (well, I think she is actually playing with the cursor, who can be sure!) Get well soon!! P.S. you and B.J. look enough alike to be brothers!

I hope you're feeling better, Frank. You are lucky to have such a nice owner (oops, I mean a nice person to share your life with--my daughter has two cats, so I know you don't really own a cat!). Good luck!! My previous message was sent before I finished it--clumsy finger motion!

Hey Frank,

I survived a nasty car accident myself a few years back and had my leg busted pretty badly. Like you, I had to live in a box for WAAAY TOOO long. Talk about having a Yawn Burger with a side of Snore!

Eventually the breaks healed; although if that weird pin had of stayed all the way in I wouldn't have this annoying gimp in my get-a-long preventing me from no longer being the best mouser in my 'hood.

So best of luck to you pal, may all your naps be purrrrfect and all your meals be yummmmy.

Respectfully,

Lambert

Best regards from

get well soon and lots of purrs from us.

Hi Frank. You're looking a lot better than your xrays. I'm glad to see you on the
mend. I'm carring for fout 4-week old baby kittens. Their mom, Julie was
poisoned. She didn't make it even though my vet, Dr. Martin of Giddings, TX
did his very best. Dr. Martin sent me a really nice sympathy card that made me
cry a little. Her babies are Motly Reba, Jasper, Jack, and Jill. They suck Isomil baby formula from a little tiny bottle. I hope to graduate them to canned kitten
food soon. They are really cute and I miss their mom, Julie very much. She was
a really good mom. She stayed with her babies even though she was dying. She
never left them alone. I'm know here as The Cat Lady. If you ever get down to
central Texas, send me an email and I'll pick you up at the Austin airport and
introduce you to my Gang. All 26 of them say "Get well soon!!"

Frank I hope you are feeling better. I have 2 cats at home and they wish you a speedy recovery too. Lots of love Sharon in Canada

Dear Frank,

Hi Frank.
Spot sends his regards, he knows how you feel, he got run over a few years ago and had to have his jaw wired up. I had to mash up his food and on no account feed him cat biscuits. Of course he wouldn't eat any mashed up delights so in desperation I gave him cat biscuits which he scoffed down. The only lasting effect has been his paralysed tail - yes I know that's the other end from his jaw but the car got him from behind and shunted him forward. Spot suggests you do a bit more sleeping to keep yourself entertained. It his what he does best and he could send you his best tips for how to nod off if you like. Did you know you appeared in a New Zealand newspaper this morning? You were asleep which obviously showed your best side. Kind regards, Spot's slave, Susan

Frank says: ouch ouch ouch
You look just like our departed "Eskie" who we miss very much -- any relation?

Dear Frank,

We're so sorry that you're not feeling very well at the moment :o(

You're bid for freedom today didn't quite work out how you wanted it to. We know that as we're always trying to make a bid for freedom, but our mummy & daddy won't let us out unless they come with us incase a big bad motor car trys to run one of us over too.....!! But we get bribed with biccy (our favourite) and lots of treats, and Millie sits by the fridge all day (and occasionally gets in it....) waiting for her favourite - Cheese...!! So life outside isn't all it's cracked up to be when you can get bribed with lots of treats...!! Purrha, Purrha...!!

Glad to see that you're on the mend....!!

Lots of meows, purrs, and love... from

Hi Frank,
Hope you are feeling much better.I wondered if you would kindly give a little wave of your paw/tail to Jean Young and Laura Callaghan in Southport. They have been following your progress avidly , and being able to see you everyday has brightened their day at work no end . They were particularly pleased to see you enjoying a scratch under your chin from your owner today. By the way do you have your meal at the same time every evening ? Jean stayed late the other night to watch.Anyway keep up the great work and get well soon.

Frank says: Yes, the next wave is just for you....

Is Frank a baseball/Seattle Mariners fan? If so, the games will be on internet radio beginning April 1.

Hi Frank,

You are truly a lovely cat and I hope that you'll be feeling a lot better in a few week's time! If I were you I'd expect my humans to spoil me a lot with my favourite food and entertainment - the space is somewhat limited though, how about a birdvideo(?) - during my convalescence.
I used to have a very special cat called Figaro, but unfortunately he was hit by a car and died. I'm so glad that you were more lucky!
Keep purrrrring!!! I'm sure you know this little piece of cat philosophy: "I purrr . . . therefore I am"

Hi, Frank.

I need to send you a get well message from Pickles and Ferdinand. Pickles is a really snobby tortoishell female. I don't know how old she is because I rescued her but she's very small. Ferd is a great big fat white and orange fluffball who makes my sofa very hairy. He's about 9. He's rescued too. They both wish you well and hope you get well very soon. They share your love of sleeping and eating and pooing in next door's garden (ha ha). They also like teasing next door's dog.

Over Christmas, Ferd had Gastro Interitis and was very poorly. He eats other people's garbage (YUK) which is how he got sick but it's such a worry having a lovely friend that's not well. I think your humans are great setting up this site to help you feel better.

All the best.

P, F & Paula.

Hi Frank

Sorry to hear about your accident - people should drive far more carefully!!! Hope you are recovering well and that you are up and around in no time.

Best wishes

Michelle, Brandy (cat) & Jasmine (ferret).

Dear Frank,

Today is he first time I have seen you, and you are beautiful. I am pleased that you are feeling better, and I think you would enjoy listening to Radio Cambridgeshire. My cat Cassy sends lots of love and purrs to you. Take care,

I wanted to let you know that I now have your wallpaper picture on my computer at work - you are just the most beautiful cat. I think my boss thinks I'm mad - he just raised his eyes heavenwards when he saw me checking up on your progress. What does he know anyway. My two cats just love you to bits - you're wonderful. I have to ask though what's going to happen to your website when you're fully recovered? Maybe you could start the world's first penpal site for cats. What do you think? Keep up with the recovery and don't give your humans too much grief - they're doing their best for you.

We love you, Karen, Bob, Angus and Urchin.

Hello Frank!
I have a cat myself, named Cindy.
I feel really sorry for you!
I live in "Åland" in Finland.
Hope you get well soon=)

Sending love for a quick recovery to Frank. Cats are so special and bring us so much joy that it is very sad when misfortune strikes them. We have two cats that run our lives and love every minute of it.

Thank you to the owners of Frank for being so caring and to the people who found Frank hurt.

With all good wishes, Christine

Hello Frank, and like Pru from Hove, I only have one eye too! Since losing my eye I have become rather eccentic, it gives you a great excuse! I have learned how to play the sympathy for all it's worth, and advise you to do the same.

hi frank
glad to know you're feeling a bit better. i have a 7 year old tortie called twister, she's just got a new friend who we're calling ginger. he comes to see her every night about 6pm and every morning he's waitng outside to see her before he goes home to sleep all day. before twister chose us she had to live with
some bad people who did some very nasty things to her, and she was very poorly. but we have a fabulous vet who cares very much, and with lots of love and cuddles she got better. now 5 years on she's the love of our lives, spoilt rotten, slightly over weight and definitely the boss. take care frank. all the best to all other cat lovers. best wishes paul and amanda smith & twister.

Frank has made the news today in the New Zealand daily paper "The Herald" so he should receive some messages from our part of the world.

As I have a daughter living in London, I look at the weather and temperatures each day in London. Frank should be ready for action by the time your spring arrives so he's in the best place for the cold wet days you are having.

Frank says: Yes I'm better off in here....it is horrid outside (or so I'm told)

I'm sitting on my mom's lap right now watching you, and I must say you are a handsome chap! Just wanted you to know that we are sending good, healing thoughts your way for a speedy, complete recovery. Remember to purr a lot...purring is good, and helps to increase bone mass. I learned this from my mom who found this out while my housemate, Theo was recovering from a broken leg. Lots of love and purrs! xoxoZoefie =^..^=

Frank, tonight (Wed Mar 13) has been the first time I looked in on you - and true to cat nature you were cleaning the bits cats do when guests arrive!

You are looking very well and quite perky, showing an interesting in what's going on around you. I'm sure you will feel tons better soon and will be able to get back out there doing your bit for the decimation of winged creatures and small furry mammals.

Best wishes from Elfie, Tigerlily and Fifi Trixibelle the Tabbies.

Hi I'm a cat-lover from sweden. I hope that you will be better and soon can be out walking again. Take care.... and good luck.

God bless you and make you tip top again soon. Enjoyed the tale of your romp yesterday especially "thru the dog's legs". You are precious and I am so glad I found your website. I'll be viewing you via the webcam when you least expect it so if you feel sudden surges of love I'm watching.

Poor Frank,

I do hope you are in tip-top shape soon. What happened? Were you run over by a car? Be careful, you only have 9 lives.

I wanted to let you know that Los Angeles is rooting for your quick recovery!!! :)

Frank says: Not sure what it was, just that it was bigger than I am :-(
How lucky you are to have such a loving owner! Sadly, not everyone can afford to treat their cats so well. If you want to read about the work of the Blue Cross which has animal hospitals for the less lucky look at www.bluecross.org.uk They're fab - They saved my life and found me a new home when I was on Death Row!

Keep up the physio (or at least, see if you can get through a convenient open door!)

Ciao darling,

My Leo suffered a similar accident six years ago,
and was missing for 13 nightmarish days.
However, after staggering home and being on a drip at the vets for a few days, he was then also confined to a cage for six weeks. Fortunately he made a complete recovery and is now a magnificent bushy tailed king of the
neighbourhood. Hope you get completely better.

Dearest Frank,

My loyal food provider and guardian read about you in this morning's New Zealand Herald (it's Thursday in New Zealand) and I asked her to write and say best wishes from moi.

Dear Frank:

I wish you the speediest and fullest recovery!

Recently, I too had a close call, although under different circumstances. My former "owners" took me to the vet to be put to sleep. I'm in perfectly good health and am only 10 years old. They were moving out of state, and decided that they wouldn't take me too. I was confused and alone and scared.

Fortunately, someone at the vet's knew someone who could temporarily take care of me. A few months later, I'm in a permanent home with two humans who dote on me hand and foot. Mostly, I like to sleep on my purple pillow all day.

I hope that you have as good fortune as I did.

Yours truly,

Shelby

Frank says: Blimey thats lucky
Why dont you listen to Swan Fm on 107.4 in the South Bucks area. I think it on th internet. Get well soon Frank and a big kiss and cuddle from Jessie and James the orange cats of South Bucks.

Hello Good Boy

Pierre, Olivia, Davi, Silver, Boris and Freud loved the idea of you coming to Brazil. They would be the perfect hosts. But they would like to advice that june/july is the best season because of the cold weather. "Now is too hot and our fur is really a problem", says Boris.

They are all very happy to know that you are getting better day by day. They tried to see you in the internet but they prefered a football match instead, after a few minutes. They loved a ball kicking around.

Lots of licking from Pierre, Olivia, Davi, Silver, Boris and Freud.

PS. Freud would like to tell you to listen to brazilian music to relax... He loved it... "Try Jobim and you will sleep a lot", he said.......

Hello Frank, I am a 16 year old male Russian Blue cat. About a couple of weeks ago I had an ear abscess which required a lot of treatment at my vet's, I had 7 stitches and felt rather fed up because I had to wear an Elizabethan collar for a while which meant I couldn't tuck my head in. Also I had to be kept indoors during this time. However I've now had my stitches out so don't have to wear that collar, my ear's healing very well and I'm now able to relax rather more comfortably and also to venture outside again. So with my recent experience above, I have a very good idea of what you're going through.

My friends Andrea (who's writing this for me, having read about you in yesterday's London Metro newspaper) and James are always very kind to me, after my treatment above they visited me to give me a get well card and some freshly cooked chicken, and brought me back a lovely present from a trip to Paris last week. They live not far from me so are often round to visit.

I take a very leisurely approach to life, with minimal stress - like you, I enjoy eating and sleeping. My favourite foods are Whiskas (particularly the sachets) and chicken. My approach to life is obviously successful because when I had to go to the vet to have my abscess treated, the staff at the vet's thought I was only about 8 or 9 years old, they gave me liver and kidneys tests due to my age - and I passed these tests with flying colours.

Anyway Andrea, James and I all send you our very best wishes and will be monitoring your progress.

Lots of love from Tibbles (and Andrea and James).

Hi Frank: Is me again Paola and Felix from CHile, You know where is Chile? We live in Santiago the capital, I am Felix the cat, i´m 2 years old, i´m black i m very sweet all day i m alone at home and paola said when she looks you through the camera she think in me, what i am doing at home?, but you must feel so happy to keep a lot of people washing you, sending a lot of love that is important for you recovery. We got 5 or 6 hours of diferent when you slepping I am eating, and purr in paola´s chest. Get well soon, the spring is coming and you have lot things to do. Bye sweety boy.

Frank: Don with EarthLink here. We mentioned your web site in our weekly email newsletter last week. I read where your site's traffic jumped up to 97,000 hits and I was wondering what your average traffic was prior to 3/12/02. If you could drop me a line and let me know. We are trying to document some "success" stories....

Frank says: Will do so..

Frank says: Sorry if you did not see your message, we get so many that the odd one gets lost, also there are 200 with pictures which are waiting to go on!
Hang in there Frankie. Its not all that bad. Were two very naughty cats who are always into mischief. When we went to the vets we purred so loudly that the vet couldnt hera our heart beats. My mummy and daddy spoil us and we get food fit for a king, but guess what we like fish flavoured meat but dont like fresh fish. Its yucky. get well soon. Love Jessie and James.

We (Mr. Pym and Bobo - cats) have just been looking at you again what are you doing under that blanket ? We send you lots of love and shall tell Rozy the horse tomorrow so that she can gallop round her field and tell eveyone you are doing fine. Who luv's yer ? We do !!

Frank should listen to WMMR.com from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania if he likes good old rock and roll

our cats mr. boo, timo, and lola send all their healing energies your way. Way to go, Frank!

Hi Frank!
I read about you in the New Zealand Herald this morning and couldnt resist the urge to wish you a full recovery, but please remember that you are now minus one life - so be very very careful. My cat Chloe decided last week to catch a ride and hitch hiked a ride on the back of a friend's Ute. Fortunately he was only travelling around town - although he lives in the country, and had only been about 4 km when he stopped, and she meowed! That was a lucky escap for her! Chloe is a seal lynx Siamese, and her brother Timi who a chocolate Siamese hadnt even realised that she was missing. I think both Chloe and ourselves had a bit of a lucky escape!

Love to you and your family

Lin Langdon

Hi Frank,

I'm so glad someone found you and is taking such good care of you. I have a cat that I adopted from a shelter nearly 5 years ago. I tell her daily how fortunate it was that we found each other. There are kitties out there who are not as lucky as she, or you, for that matter.

Though you want to be out and about, that's what got you in the fix you now find yourself in. Believe me, life as a house cat is so much nicer! It's true, my cat confirms it. She has no desire to go outside. Definitely give it some serious thought while you're recuperating.

Hope you mend soon!

Best Regards,

Ed

We are Bubba (23lbs, sorry don't get kilos) and Chessie, The Princess. We live inFallon NV USA and we wish you a speedy recovery. We think cages suck big time and you have our sympathy. Many purrs, Bubba and Chessie

Hi Gorgeous

You're looking lots better but really bored (Wednes 13 March, around 9.30pm). I hope David's giving you lots of cuddles and you get well and out of that cage real soon. Patience isn't something that comes easy to a moggy but you don't have much longer to go

Lots of love

Hi Frank!
I'm a swedish cat and I have also been in a car accident, so I know what you're going through!! I broke my left knee and my right hip. It took over a month before I could walk again. Now I'm well, although it still hurts when people lift me up. I never had to spend time in a cage, only at the vet and then it was horrible. How are you holding out?
I hope you get out of your cage soon! //Polly

Dear Frank,

Hi there! I was so sorry to hear about your accident. My cat Saavik and I wish you the speediest recovery. I just know you will be bounding around before you know it. You are obviously a very special cat, rest well and enjoy a well deserved pampering.

> Love Penina + Saavik >^,,^<

Hope you're beginning to feel a bit better. I also hope all this fame doesn't go to your head.

Reow! Way to try to show that car who the boss is! Next time cut left instead of right I guess...

At least you get to go outside! My owners never let me out unless I sneak past them when they open the door.

I have my own website but it isn't nearly as cool as yours, www.oscarthekitty.com.

Get well soon!!

-Oscar

Hey Frank,

How come no one comes to see you in the hospital? When any of my gang
are hospitalized, I visit every other day or so. You get well a lot faster that
way, I've found.

Frank says: The hospital is in a room at home, I see people every day...
We hope that you are feeling better now. You were on the news today at Swedish television as the most visited patient ever.....
Voff says Pepsi the dog in dog-swedish to you...

Hi Frank

I thought I'd send you a message to let you know that you're not alone. I too got run over and had to spend two months in a cage but I got better. Now I can run and jump just like I used to (apart from the limp). I get a little stiff in cold weather but at least I'm out of that cage.
I'm a tabby with a white chest and white paws. I talk a lot and love sleeping and eating. I'm sure we'd get along if we ever met but since I live in Leeds thats not likely. Anyway, get well soon

Lots of love

Hi Frank,

I'm Nardov, a big orange tabby who was rescued by my humans. I had curled up comfortably on a warm car engine on a cold winter's day. But when the car owner started it the next day, ouch! Luckily I found a kind human who took me in and took me to the vet where my wounds were treated and I have lived with them, a happy indoor cat for eight years.

Hi Frank,

Just checked up on you tonight and you look more mobile than the last time!

Keep up the good work and we look forward to the day when you are gonna bounce out of your cage.

Dear Frank

I read of your plight in the Cambridge Weekly News tonight. I am confined to a cage like you with a badly broken pelvis. I was knocked down on Sat 16th Feb and spent 10 days in hospital (Whittlesford) on a drip. Now I am home in a cage and must be here for at least another 3 weeks. I don't live far away - 19a Hauxton Road, Little Shelford to be precise so do tell your humans they are most welcome to pop over for a drink and meet me.

Good luck, get well soon,

GET WELL SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Frank, my name is Chlo' and I am a black moggie who's been watching your webcam this evening with much interest. Although I must say it was a bit lacking in action, but I understand you are not feeling too sprightly just now. Anyway, I am thinking of you and wishing you a really speedy and full recovery andI hope to be in touch again soon, may even send you a piccie to cheer you up coz I have a lovely smiley face. Big licks

Hey Frank

Well, what a popular puss you have turned into....a real celeb. I read about you in this morning's paper (picture and all) - New Zealand Herald, Auckland and being a big cat lover checked it out straight away.

Here's wishing you a speedy recovery and hoping you are back to your purrrfect self very soon.

Maybe I will send a photo of Bella to cheer you up, my little black (and very gorgeous female) moggy (3.5yrs) who has also been in the wars recently...nothing too serious and fully recovered now!

Love and kisses all the way from New Zealand.

Andrea

I'm keeping up to date with your progress. Glad to hear things are going well. You're becoming quite a celebrity cat. Watch out for Michael Aspel and his big red book! Take things easy Frank. Purrs from Bumble Smeets.

GET WELL SOON FRANK!!!!
LOVE FROM BETHLING

Night night Frank, you'll feel a bit better tomorrow.

Hey Frank!

You seem like a cat who knows how to manipulate your owners, easy isn't it? Play on their guilt and sympathy! Take all the pampering they're prepared to give you and then some, you deserve it. Play on it and you might get special perks like sleeping on the bed during the day, and extra nice cat food.

And as for that car driver... what goes around comes around.

G'night furry friend

Karen & Tabby

Hi Frank

Glad to see you are on the mend. We are two cute cats from Scotland. Sparkes is ginger and Shadow is black. Our humans don't let us out so we do not get near cars. Probably just as well!! We still run about the house all night and keep the humans awake with our noise!! We would like out just once to chase birds!

Hope you get well soon.

Love

Sparkles & Shadow from Glasgow

Hey, Frank, get well soon. We just got a cat at Christmas. We named her Christmas. She got bit last week, but is recovering nicely. She lives with two cocketiels, a snake, a dog and two humans named John and Barbara.

Sorry Frank, but this is to your human.

I hope that when Frank is fully better you will keep his fans informed of his progress?

I'd like to send him a crocheted blanket, but once you start that you'd be inundated with gifts, and really he's got the best kind of gift any cat can have, owners who love him.

All the best to you, I can only imagine what you went through.

Karen

How about letting Frank listen to Classic FM I find it really calming = especially in the morning, good luck Frank hope you are soon out and = about but not in the roads there are some maniac drivers around who = don't see anything but an open road.Hope you find out who the culprits = were.

Frank says: I do listen to it every week or so
Hope Frank is feeling much better and is being given valium so he is a "happy cat". As an owner of a very sick cat I know how you feel.

Poor pussy Frank, you must be more careful when out and about. Naz also got hit by a car after trying to fly out of the fourth floor window and running round the streets of covent garden. He is now well and happy even though he is tail-less. With lots of love and strokes you will soon be better and tell more tales of your adventures.

lots of fur and purrs

Frank and Naz

Hehe, great idea for a site. I hear its getting very popular. Hope Frank gets better soon, I'm sure all of this attention must be making him feel great!

I have seen Frank an Yahoo Picks of the week March 11. Say hello to him for me and I wish all the best.

Frank says: Hello

we are both glad to know that you are feeling much better. as we know, it is extremely important to have wonderful humans to look after us when we are unwell.

look on the bright side. now you have friends from all over the world and you are a celebrity. not only that, at least your prime minister has half a brain, unlike our president!

Frank says: Which half? Not the useful one thats for sure

I heard about you from my Grandma and send you get well wishes from Brooklyn NY.

I have been ill myself for some time and my owner has to give me a yucky pill twice a day, but I am used to it now. II have had to go to the vet a lot. Recently one of the two females I live with scratched my face and it swelled up and abcessed. Believe me it did noting for my looks, think how lucky you are that your injury does nto show on camera, I've noticed that you've been getting some mail from young females and am incredibly jealous even though I have a harem of two already.

I also have escaped the house twice and once was gone for a week and a halfbefore finding my way back home, boy was I mad about that (why didn't my owner Amber find me more quickly!)I recently escaped again but my owner was more clever this time and recovered me in time to take my medicine (yuck) I hope Ralph's owner finds him soon too.

Six weeks of cushy cage life isn't so bad, but get well soon Frank so you can take those ladies up on their invitations.

Merlin

Warm mews to you Frank, you'll be better in no time, then maybe you can get out and enjoy some sun and help me catch that annoying mouse that keeps eating my tuna sandwiches. I had a cat named Frankie, he died after falling out a window somebody left open, he liked birds a lot, so he must have wanted to play. So you know I'm particularly pleased to see you! Nap well :)

Dear Frank,
I wish you a speedy recovery and I know my cat (Cleo, short for Cleopatra) wishes you the same. One of my Aunts cats got hit when she was young, about 15 years ago) and recoverd to still be living today! Her name is Tiger and she lives in Milwaukee, WI, USA. Keep the hope up! Love from the states

-Frank from Colorado

Dear Frank,

Timmy and Jake live in California near Disneyland. If you ever get this way when you are well, they will take you for a trip there. You can chase a big old mousie all day. Won't that be fun?

Timmy and Jake (Maine Coon and orange and white tabby in CA)

Just to let you know that your webcam on Frank was also reported in the New Zealand Herald (print and online version) 14 March 2002

Hello poor Baby;
Hope you get well as early as possible, You're so pretty, I love you!

Rita

You have our best wishes Frank! Hang in there and know our prayers are with you!

Hi Frank,

May the angel watching over you when this bad accident happen also look over you through your recovery and onto the rest of your 6 lives.
My cat disappeared for five weeks onto another estate and she survived because of the kindness of a stranger. She checked the name tag and called me when she found her. Life without a cat is hard, you are such special part of our lives.

Julia Murray

Hiya Frank

Linux (my sweet but far too intelligent Burmese brat) and his sister Ede (pronounced Ada) think that you should stop waiting till the cage is opened to dash out, and learn how to open it yourself.

Linux and Ede listen only to www.95bfm.co.nz. They are, after all, funky urban type pedigrees.

They hope that you get better soon, and are keeping an eye on you online to make sure.

Oh, and for the record, you've also made it to the papers in New Zealand - www.nzherald.co.nz. Take care,

Pip
