Hi Frank. Get well soon, Saw your story in the free Metro newspaper in Oldham on 13/3/02 best of luck.

Hi Frank,
I am a cat who works in a bead shop in Ayer Massachusetts, USA. My real owner, John, just moved to London, and I keep in touch through email. I heard about your difficulties, and wanted to send a friendly meow to cheer you up. I hope you are feeling better, and that they are giving you plenty of cat treats.

I saw the following message on your list. I know Spanish, so could sort of work out what it says. Thought your owner might be interested. The rough translation is below the Portuguese.

Olá Frank, espero que se recupere totalmente o mais breve possível, Eu amo gatos e tenho 3 em minha casa, a Morgana, a Luma e a Bela que estão torcendo por você OK !!!!! Beijos

"Hello Frank, I hope that you recover totally and as quickly as possible. I love cats and have 3 in my house, Morgana, Luma and Bela who are (?thinking - not sure what this verb is) of you. OK. Kisses"

Frank says: Thankyou for that, it's always nice to know what people are say.

Me and my humans wish you all the best and hope you will be fit and strong again soon.

Hello Frank,
Saw your paws on the website and thought you were a cute puss. I'm 2 years old and I live with my mom and dad in Manchester. I have ginger, grey, and white long hair and I enjoy sleeping, eating and following my mom around where ever she goes. I enjoy watching butterflies and bees, and spending time in the garden. I hope you are feeling a little better after your accident and if you are ever in Manchester, we could get together and have some cream.

Love
Brandy Alexandra

Hi Frank,

Sorry to hear about your accident, but you're looking pretty good from what I can see. My sister's cat was hit by a car a while back, but he wasn't quite so lucky. He's now a sweet little tripod cat - missing one of his back legs. He also had one paw completely de-gloved, but fortunately the vets were able to sew it back together. And if that guy could make a complete recovery and keep enjoying life, I know you'll be able to do the same.

While you're resting up, you might want to check out this site to cheer you up: http://tubcat.com/

Hope you're feeling better soon!

hi frank, it's brill to see you getting better. i heard about you on our local radio station(metro radio in newcastle) and there was an article in todays free paper. i'll send you it in the post if you like 'cos i don't have a scanner... one of my cats had an accident- he was hit by a train. his injuries were almost exactly the same as yours, his back was broken in 2 places. the vet said they could fix the breaks but they were worried about nerve damage. the accident happened on tues 13 feb 2001. they gave him stuff to relax his bladder and all we waited for was for him to wee. we kept waiting and finally on the saturday night we got a phone call from the vet at 23.00 ish to say he had wee'd. i was over the moon. they would be able to fix my boy. then the vet said he had to do it again, just to make sure he did have some sort of function there.we waited.... and waited and it never came. on the monday after the accident and with much consultation from the vet we decided it would be kinder to let him go. he would have had to have his tail amputated and his quality of life would have been nowhere near what it was before. he was more likely to get arthritus in his spine at an earlier age too. i was grateful for the 2 and a half years we had with him and i miss him so much, even now after a year. he was called flid and he was my best friend. my big cat, stinker didn't really notice he was gone, but my hairy cat, tufty did and she missed him loads. she wouldn't play and didn't want to go out. after months of deliberating, we got another cat, bubbles, who looks a bit like flid and sometimes is as cheeky as flid, but can't ever replace flid. i love all my cats to bits, but i still wish i had my boy back. i would have sold my soul to the devil if it meant he would have survived. i don't regret letting him go, i think he would have preferred to go to pussycat heaven rather than lead a restricted life here on dingey old earth. i bet he's up there now pissing down the plughole (that's what he used to do in the bath!) and hav you've got a chance we didn't so make the most of your time with that moggie and i bet you'll spoil him rotten.... best wishes, heather, stinker, tufty and bubbles xxxxxxxxx

Frank says: They do, thanks for your message
Sorry to hear about your accident Frank. Hope you get better soon.

I have a cat called Charlie and a dog called pip.

They say they are going to try to smuggle a mouse into your cage....but don't let the nurse know!

Lots of love

Dear Frank,
Get well soon!
We have two cats. One is called Sybil and the other one is called Pansy. A few months ago Pansy was very ill. She had been poisoned! Although the vets still do not know what poison this was, Pansy is now fine. Although, at one point we all thought she might go to cat's heaven. Lets be glad that we don't have to say the same for you. We hope you are feeling well, Love Rowson/Clarke Family.

Frank says: Glad she is ok
Hi Frank, looking good. Get better soon

Dear Frank,
Please could you pass on to Chloe our bestest wishes for Ralph to come home. My Timothy got himself shut in somewhere for over a week and when he came home at 5a.m one morning, he would not say where he had been, but he was OK and did not go adventuring again. A human friend has a cat (sensible lady) who has been known to wander off for up to 6 weeks - so never give up. Lots of sleepless nights I know. On a brighter note - glad you were awake when I called to see you tonight. Must be exhausting keeping up with all your visitors. Lots of TLC

Frank says: I'm sure Chloe will see it here

Hi Frank,

Sorry to hear about your accident but I'm sure you love all this attention! My cat, Ginger, died last year of old age, she was 11 years old. I was very upset so I know just how relieved your master must be. I also had a cat many years ago that got run down by a car and no matter how hard I tried to nurse her back to health she was just too badly injured and died so you see you are really very lucky.

Anyway, get well soon and feel free to drop me a line. Steve from NI.

hey Frank, nice picture in the news papers this morning on the 12 march 2002 and nice x rays taken.

Frank says: nice for you maybe...

Hi Frank

Sorry to hear of your problems but glad you are now on the mend. I am a 10-month old tabby and I came home to my humans from Wood Green at Heydon when I was four months. I was a complete lunatic (and still am) even though they've cut my b***s off! your website has highlighted the dangers of the road, which I have yet to discover as I am confined to the back garden and I'm not allowed out at night. The food is good at this hotel and i've got them all waiting on me hand and paw. Take care.

Milo

Hello dear Frank. I like to see you every day, but I wish you get heath fast. I hope you get out of that cage soon to play free again.

You're quite a catch, Frank the Handsome, you better recover soon 'cause we'd love to play with you... meows, licks, and loving pounces... we'll think of you with love so you get better quickly - your furry friends in the USA, Baby and Mia

Frank, your collar looks a little tight to me. Do you really need to wear it in that cage?

Frank says: It is not, and yes I do have to wear it (part of the adoption agreement)
Hi, Frank, you look just like my late kitty Mia! All of us in the States hope you make a quick recovery!

Hello Frank, you are a sweet cat, and probably the best looking. You are getting better and I hope you make a fulll recovery soon.

Luv Vicky

Frank says: why thankyou Puuurrrr
Hi Frank, Glad to see and hear that you are recovering okay. Smokey is an older cat in this household with heart disease and FIV positive. The rest of us are a family that these nice people took in and give us great care. It is pretty certain you have a nice owner too, to have taken such great care of you. A lot of us aren't so lucky, you know. We hope your recuperation continues to go well and that soon you will be your old self again.

I read an article in the Metro (March 12) and had to see for myself. This website is a wonderful idea.

It is very throughtful of Frank's owner to set this up. It gives him plenty of things to read and music to listen to whilst being cooped up in a cage.

All the best for a speedy recovery.

Dear Franky
Hope it is ok to say I am one of your friends!
Read about you in the Metro paper.
Please get well soon!
Best wishes
Margaret, David, CJ and Molly and Mulder

MIAOWWWW!

Frank says: MEEOOOOW
I am a human, trapped in my home office because of creatures like you. I am allergic and my mrs. wont keep her cats out of the house. I scream at them and throw things when they dare to darken the door to my room. It is good to see one of your kind suffering the same caged fate. However, I do hope the pain gets cured.

Frank says: Sorry about your problem maybe you should move
Hang in there, Frank!
You can do it. You just used up one of your nine lives, plenty more to go. I'll keep the bed warm for you until you get home.

Frank,

Sorry to hear about your accident. You look as if you are recovering well. Told my Mum and Dad, and their cat, Wilkie about you. They all send their good wishes.

Wilkie, in particular hopes that you will be out and about (avoiding roads) again very soon. He recommends indoor diversions, such as helping make the beds, handicrafts (wool a speciality) not to mention some small-game hunting in the garden!

If you would like to come and recouperate in Windsor (by the river), you will be very welcome.

Hi Frank!

I think I'll leave your cam on for my 2 cats to watch over you while I'm at work. They'll probably be sleeping most of the time, but will look in on you now and then.

We all send you our best positive energies and hope you will can tolerate the long confinement without too much strain. (it's for your own good, you know!)

Heal well and quickly!

Love,

Siegfrieda, Parsifal, and me, the human.

Dear Frank,

Just looked in on you and you look really cumfy.

Bob and Jean

Hi Frank,

I'm sorry you are not well, but heartened to see that you are recovering. Our cat Houdini was hit by a car and did not survive. You are very lucky that your people were able to get you to the vet in time.

We now have two "official" cats, Ghandi and Sarafina. We also have a feral cat, Black Mama Kitty, who lives in our basement (came in one cold November night and never left). We also feed and water three neighborhood cats, Benji, Gray Kitty, and Torti Girl. So you see, when you feel better you can come visit and they'll throw a party for you, I'm sure.

May all your naps be purrfect,
Jen

Good night my sweet Friend have a good night sleep and a happy day tomorrow I hope without pain. You still have a lot of people watching you but you sleep so cute in your little corner, nothing bothers you after you had your food. Sleep well sweety I see you tomorrow. Love Irene/Germany

Dear Frank,

Lots of love xxxx

Frank, all the best mate, just to let you know the same thing happened to me. There I was stolling across the road when "wham" one of those dam car's hit my rear end. Well I struggled home only to find my owners then wanted to take me out for a drive. They took me to meet a nice Ausie guy who took photos of my sore ass and stuck me in a cage. Next thing I know it's a 50 mile jurney to visit a specialist!. More photoes, a long sleep, half my beautiful fur shaved off and a funny metalic pin inside my body. Another 100 mile round trip by my owners and I'me home. But no cosy fire place for me, no they locked me in a small room for 6 weeks. Was this because they had no pet insurance?

Frank says: Insurance or not you'd still have to be caged
Dear Frank,

I am a 13 year old boy. I recently lost a cat, and my mom is too emotionally shaken up to get another cat. Watching you helps me relax. I hope you get better soon!

Hi Frank!

We, two lovely members of the family Catticus sleepius/fightius, check your recovery each day. Today we faught over the fact whether you were sleepier than yesterday or not. But then as we fought we forgot about that and decided to concentrate on the fight instead. Now we still haven't decided, so we faught again. Then our hair-less beach-apes came and took us apart and after that they told us to write you and ask instead. So, now we are doing that (no fight was necessary for keyboard-control, we share the letters): so, are you feeling better? We both hope so, no fight needed to decide that. And what's your favourite food? We like fish, fish, tuna and shark.

Fishiest wishes from,
Mel and Syd

Get well soon Frank.
We think you are a handsome young fellow, and we hope it won't be too much longer before you're up and about on your paws again. love Pickle & Poppy, in Edinburgh

Hi there Frank

Awww you poor little thing. I was taking my cat Soozy on a trip to the Vets today and saw your story in the Metro (Manchester). When I saw that you had hooked up to the internet my cat (Soozy) insisted that we go and take a look. Soozy is very concerned with your welfare.

Hope you feel better soon

Good luck

Cat and Soozy

As we play with our catnip mouse, we can't imagine how difficult it must be for you to be confined to a cage. We send our best wishes for a speedy recovery from the sagebrush Western United States.

Hello Frank
Hope your better and out and about soon
All the Best Chris

Frank should listen to ("all classical - all the time").

Broadcasting from Washington, DC, USA.

Hello Frank!

My Cat Billy and I hope you get better very soon. Billy was a stray who decided to live with me, and he was all skin and bone, but we gave him a little Horlicks every night and that put weight back on him. His vet said that horlicks was good for kittie's who need their strength building up so your human might like to try it and see if you like it. Be careful though - Billy got quite tubby and we had to stop giving him it for a while! .

We think you might like Classic FM (101.7fm or http://www.classicfm.com).

Hope you feel better soon,

Love, Gaina and Billy

Frank,

You're a top cat mate!
My cat Sydney was in a similar situation some years ago. He was very happy recovering in a babies playpen allowing for a little more space though still limiting movement. Maybe you want to try that idea and stop tricking your people with cagey escape plots :)

Best wishes from San Francisco!

Hope you feel better soon Frank, my cats(Cookie, Dylan and Gessler) send their love xx

I am Dulci, a burmese cat, but I still enjoy the same things as you, eating, sleeping, etc.

My human mother collects postcards and has a website showing some of them. If you would care to look at www.postcardcollections.fsnet.co.uk/cats/burmese.htm you will see a picture of me.

Lots of love and lots of purrs from Dulci.

Hey Frankie Baby,

I heard about yr traumatic accident via a pal and I'm writin' to say I feel yr pain indeed. Y'see I went through the same ordeal myself about five years ago and I must say I've healed up quite nicely- although I've never lost the weight I gained from being caged for eight weeks. The accident also gave me an excuse to do what I like best - eat and sleep all day. I see yr getting some serious zzz's in yrself! I'm a big, fat orange Tabby named Flynn. I reside in Canada. I want you to know that me and my little sis Ella are thinkin' 'bout ya. Get well soon Frankie, ya sweet little puss.

Jamie Black

I am nearly one year old. I was born the day after Mother's Day (26th March) 2001. When I was 12 weeks (old my mother let me and my sister (Hermione) leave our home in Greenwich to live with a family in North London.
We now live with our new family comprising father, mother, a boy of 13 and a girl of 12 as well as some of my our older cousins - Misty, Sammy, John and Sox.

Misty is pure white with one yellow eye and one blue eye. She is about 10 years old and always likes to sleep high up - usually on top of a cupboard. Sammy is about 9 years old and is white with silver Tabby markings. John is nearly 3 years old as is his sister Sox. John is a real softy - a Tabby softy. Sox looks something like Felix on the Cat Food advertisements.

Why am I sending you this message? Well, my sister Hermione was also knocked down by a car a week ago. She was very lucky as it was only a glancing blow. But she had to go into hospital for x-rays. The x-rays revealed a hairline fracture of her pelvis - just like you!

The x-ray also revealed that she was pregnant. Unfortunately, the doctor said that the pregnancy would have to be terminated otherwise she would have been in great pain when the kittens arrived. She is now confined to a cage similar to yours for five or six weeks so that the fracture can heal.

But there is good news - I am also pregnant and hope to have some babies in a few weeks time. I will ask Hermione to help me look after them. I am hoping that Hermione will be well enough so that I can use her cage as a nursery.

The father of my kittens is a strapping Ginger and White specimen who has also moved in with us.

Frank, I hope you get better soon. Good Luck!

Max.

Frank says: Blimey, poor you (lot) I hope it all works out

Glad to see you're on the mend and "playing the cello" with gusto tonight!

Found out about your site in Metro this morning on the tube.

I notice Andrew Collins mentioned you on the radio yesterday - is that the same Andrew Collins I used to work with at Q magazine (I was Leese then)? The Andrew Collins who shares my love of cats but like me is allergic! But not to his own cats?!

If it is he, then can he say Hi?

That's all for now Frank - all the best and I'll keep checking in on you

Dear Frank. today our friend 'little pea' got hit and killed on the grass verge outside our house. He has sent you messages and pictures of birds before so we thought you would want to know. Our mummy keeps dropping water on us from her eyes. We don,t struggle or run though as it is hurting water what humans get when they are hurting. We are all purring like mad to help our mummy as we know she loved him even if he did try to trip her up sometimes. She has been hugging us till our ribs ache but we will let her. We want the hurting water to stop coming out of her eyes. What can we do?

Frank says: Stay off the road, your mummy is very sad but she will get better in time. She needs you all to be super nice cats to help her feel better.

Take care -

Heres to you Frank and to a speedy recovery! No more car chasing! :) Those 9 lives will pass you by quicker than you think!

Frank! You are just gorgeous. We hope you are having a nice rest after a long day of guarding the cage, eating, resting, watching bugs, etc. Hope you get well soon. One piece of advice: stay indoors from now on! It's a big bad world out there.

We send you our love and cyber ear-licks. Love, Pippa, Ruby, Hector Pagoda, and Kahtia Petrovna - cats from Boston, MA, USA.

Hi Frank - My cats left you a message yesterday, and we just had to drop by today and see how you were doing. I saw all those hundreds of messages and I was, well, thinking... this is amazing Frank!
Just think, if all the cats, and all the people, and even the dog or two, who have sent you messages from all over the world could just be so cool with each other all the time... well, there'd be no more war... Could Frank the Cat - or should we say Mahatma Frank? - be paving the way for international peace? (and I hate to lay too much of a burden on your doubtless aching shoulders in your present circumstances but God knows Frank, we need you for that right now!). Rebecca, Pittsburgh, USA

Frank says: Yes the Frank way, world peace, is here,

Melhoras para o bichano...

Dear Frank,
I´m from Brazil. I look like you. I`m a four years old black and white cat, very handsome and inteligent. As you I suffered an accident and I had some bones broken. Like you, I gave to my vet a lot of work and to my human too. Now, I´m good and I learned not to stay in the window-ledge on 7º floor! My human learned too and she put protection in all windows. Go ahead. I`m asking God for your recuperation. Excuse the mistakes but I´m trying to learn English. Johnny

Frank says: 7 th floor? Blimey. Your English is very good
Listen to 88.5FM or 89.5FM, depending on the mood!!

Hi Frank,

Since we have 2 precious felines ourselves, we were most concerned to hear about you. It would be too awful to think about anything happening to one of ours, so I am very glad to hear you are recouperating. Our two furry felines are named Boots and Precious. Mr. Boots (of course) has 4 white boots hence his name and Miss Precious is just too precious for words. I would love to send you their pictures but unfortunately we do not have the equiprment to do so.

I am sending your site to a couple of very good friends ( of course they are cat lovers). I hope your recovery is speedy and incident free and that you are back to your normal mischief soon.

Love,

Bonnie and Greg

Dear Frank:
All of here at Kitty Haven in Sunnyvale, California are sending you our best wishes for a speedy recovery. Ziggy knows how important a caring vet is after having a kitty interloper challenge him with a fang in the frontal sinus (and in the back garden to boot)! Jerry, our vet at Adobe Pet Hospital in nearby Los Altos, was able to successfully evacuate the bone, cleanse the cavity and embroider some mesh over the hole to allow for new bone formation. Of course, Ziggy is not the sharpest knife in the drawer but I love him. Get well soon, Your friends Ziggy and Beavis

Frank says: that sounds very sore
Just want to wish you a speedy recovery and in future remember your green cross code before crossing!

You are a very handsome cat (My little lady says so - she has you as her pin up)

Frank says: Excellent

Dear Frank,
Sorry to hear about your accident - people reap what they sow in life - so I hope the bastards get their just deserves ! We live in Barnet and we are all 10 years old. We lead a nice life except for being beaten up on a regular basis by our nextdoor neighbour - Bobby - paws the size of a dobermann !! He sends his best wishes too !
My 'pet' saw your article in the Metro today and insisted on showing us your X-rays - like the one that shows the contents of your bowels - don't fancy passing that in your condition !

Will keep in touch to see how you are recovering. Am very impressed tthat your 'pet' thinks so much of you to set up this site. Must go, hair to leave and much scratching of old furniture to be done.

hey frank! wanted to send my best wishes for a full and speedy recovery from seattle, WA, USA. I had a very special friend that was hit by a car as well. His spine was broken, but he managed somehow to crawl 40 yards, go over a 4 foot tall gate, go another 20 yards, up 4 stairs and into his catbox that was a SAFE place. He is now running in kitty heaven, I hope you don't meet him for quite some time! My boys say "meow, reower purr purr" (i think it means get well soon). even my ball python is rooting for you!!! xoxoxo

Dear Frank,

I hope you feel better soon. Maybe when you are well, you can pee on the
car that hit you.

Hugs and Kisses,

Kristin

hey frank - hope you feel better soon..
love snorgle

hey frank we have a great radio station here in seattle, 107.7 fm (www.1077theend.com) it may not be your type of music, but i think they would love to play a song for you!

Get well Frank. My name is Snooky and I too got run over well I didn't move in time but now two years later I'm fine and 22 lbs my uncle Travis keeps me active I'm now 9 years old and have a wonderful owner.

Frank,
I read about you in the BBC On-line article. It mentioned that David thinking about setting up a webcam for other injured animals at your vet's office.
I'm writing to ask if he could possible do the same thing at St. Tiggywinkle's hospital. I don't know how far away you are from Aylesbury where they are located so it might not be possible.
I've been interestd in St. Tiggywinkle's for years and had the opportunity to visit there a couple of years ago (I live in the USA). Each year, I've "adopted" an injured hedgehog. They send me a photo each time, but it would be great to be able to see the little guys while they're at St. Tiggywinkle's. I'm sure there are a lot of others like me who adopt animals there and would like to see them.
I'm glad to read that you are healing well. Don't be mad at David when he makes you rest or do something else you don't want to do. He's just trying to make sure you get better.

Ginny

Frank says: Hi Ginny, we are a long way from St Tiggywinkles, however if they approach us directly we'll see if we can help

Hi Frank,

I'm Charlie, moggy of the female variety, and I think you look a lot like me. I live in Los Altos, California, which is just south of San Francisco. Sorry to hear about your mishap, but I'm glad you are recovering. One of my predecessors, Cassis, predecessed me in a similar unfortunate accident some years ago. I'm mostly an indoor cat and cars scare the kit out of me, which pleases my staff no end. I'd like to send you a photo of me but this message system doesn't seem to allow attachments.

Best wishes,
Charlie

Hey Hey Frank,
Taz and I will enjoy the beautiful weather and warm sunshine and dedicate our adventures of week to you.
We want you to know that we can totally relate to being in a cage. Once our people left us with our Vet. for 4 whole days. I have to say they were very happy when I went home and they did not have to hear my howls,Iam kown for my loud voice.

Take care and soon you will be out jumping for butterflies and running after dogs.

Taz and Zena

Dear Frank:

How did you get your name? I got my name cuz I'm a little moggie found on a golf course in Michigan when I was a baby, all fleazy and wormy and sick with FelV. Those kind people took me back to Illinois to their favorite vet, Nevin Berglund, and he and his fabulous vet tech Linda saved my life. I had to stay in a little cage like yours til I got well, too. Then I went home with my new guardians, Tee and Bob. I'm black and white and I'm very flirty. I have a lovely beauty mark, so they decided that a flirty-girl name was just the thing. "Madonna" just seemed a bit sleazy (as opposed to fleazy) and they didn't want to call me after that model with a beauty mark, so "Mamie" (Van Doren) I became!

On the subject of restful music for cats may I suggest country and western? Several years ago someone in the USA found, in a study that farm animals preferred it--and HATED hard rock! Plants like classical music.

Do you watch TV? I love Animal Planet. The very first film I ever saw was the one about the little pig when I was just a baby. I watched the whole thing! I'll be seven years old in June.

Sleep well, Frank. I know I will. . . any second now (yawn, stretch).

Moggies Rule!

Love, your friend Mamie the Muffin Humphrey

Binky the Cat and Jane wish you a speedy recovery from Boise, Idaho, USA!

Hello Frank, we're sending all our love and support from Santiago de Chile, we hope you get well soon... purrrrs and hugs from Homero, Fernanda and Serena!!!

Hi Frank!

We sleep as much as you do, so don't listen to the hairless ones when they tell you to get up! We all hope you're doing better... we know what it's like to be laid up!

Tell your person he's even cooler than ours. We only got an e-mail address... you got a whole website! (Now, if our person can figure out how to send a picture, you can see us too. She's not too bright that way!)

Happy napping!

The 3 Musketeers, Elmo and Ashes.

(as dictated to our person - Christine MacLean)

Glad you are doing better. Hope you have a
speedy recovery.

Frank says: sorry about whiskas
Dear Frank,
I am terribly sorry for all the trouble you have recently experienced. You are very fortunate to have such a hugely supportive family. With their love and good care, you should be back chasing birds again in no time. Just stay away from those cars!

P.S. There is a famous animal communicator that might be able to help your humans locate Ralph. Her name is Amelia Kinkade at AmeliaKinkade.com She had a book on the New York Times Bestsellers list.

Take care of yourself!
Best wishes,
Shera

Just received my latest copy of the EarthLink Weekly Email Newletter dated March 11, 2002. In it was a mention of Frank the cat and your Website. Thought you should know that all EarthLink subscribers now have a chance to click on to your Website and see pictures of Frank. Unfortunately, right now it is 10:15 PM in the U.S. and I guess it's still night time where you are too because all I get is a still picture of Frank. I'll try again tomorrow in the daytime. My 2 cats are INDOOR cats who have never been outside but they race through our house and chase each other and play as if they were outdoors. We live in Florida on a lake and so they have lovely views of the outside and the exotic birds and wild life outside our floor to ceiling windows. They spend lots of time looking outside much as we humans watch the television! They send their love and purrs to Frank.

I found this site thanks to a newspaper from Brazil.
Here's the link (text in portuguese): http://www.jt.estadao.com.br/editorias/2002/03/12/int008.html

Hi, Frank:
So glad to read that you are still improving. My four kitties (one of which looks just like you - his name is Patches) and I check on you every evening about this time. I have a question though - why are you called a "moggy"? Is that a special name for cats in England?
Your Pensacola, Florida friends - Lola and the kitties

Frank says: Yes slang for cat
