Messages to Frank - 3rd March
hi frank I look each day, how you are!! I press all paws for you = ^. .^= miau cat felix (2,5 years) from Germany
He did eat some of his salmon - he used his paw Arthur style - does he often eat like that? Never seen him do it before, maybe he's playing up for potential sponsors!
Hi Frank Myself and my three feline companions, Little Mother and her two children Mr Socks and Minnie all wish you a speedy recovery. Mrs Lassie my GSD and Jake my 7month
old Great Dane say they would like to get a hold of that nasty car driver and sink their their rather large teeth into him or her. As for the couple that helped you out they would be happy to
give them a good licking and share their bones with them. We hope the vet won't charge your mummy and daddy too much for his services but I am sure they think you are worth every
penny. So Frank get well soon and give them mice hell. Love from Cat, Little Mother, Mr Socks, Minnie, Lassie and Jake. Thankyou very much, I'll bear that in mind if we ever catch
the culprit
Hi Frank, I too got run over and by someone who did not stop... I have had quite a bit of fame since, even appearing on the Big Breakfast (loads of fun and everyone wanted to stroke
me - purrrrrr). I live with numerous, ever changing animals - due to my mum's rescuing and would love to help out in any way with fundraising (I support Cat's Protection & Petsearch UK).
Good luck with your recovery and don't worry, three months having cage rest doesn't stop you jumping onto the kitchen top and escaping with 1/2 a cooked chicken! 1/2 a cooked
chicken?? I can hardly wait..when do I get that ?
Hello Frank, Beegum here again. you seem to be a lot happier today, I even saw you on your back with your pawsies all tucked up earlier! Hope you've got lots of nice catty-treats on
tap, I get my Mum to rub my ears every evening, perhaps yours could be made to do the same? Much love Frank, I'll keep watching you xxxx Yes I get lots of tummy and ear rubs
Get well soon frank, you might win the next fight!!! Oh no not again...please

Dear Frank,Dr. Seuss- an Akita/Lab mix and my dear friend wanted me to tell you he hopes you get well soon. He had a broken leg a few years ago...he slipped on ice and fell...and
he knows what it's like to be confined. We're glad you're safe now. Best of British to you. Marjorie and Seuss Poor Seuss
Stopped by but you were napping. Hope all is well!!!! Quick I'm awake now....to late I'm asleep again :-)
Hi, Frank! Our Mommy Jo is writing this for all of us, and we just wanted you to know how glad we are that you are finally showing signs of feeling better! We are very lucky kitties
too; we are all rescues, and Mommy takes very good care of us. We are quite spoiled here, which is good. Mommy has even talked the vet into coming here to see us, rather than take
us in the car -- LOL!!! ;-) Mommy has set you up as her home page, so we get to watch you all the time. She thinks it's quite funny when she comes in and we're sitting in her chair
watching you! We saw you limping around in the cage a couple days ago, and were really happy to see you up moving around. We will be in touch again soon! We hope you get well
quickly! By the way, one of us is a kitten who was stepped on by a horse, and had to have the hip joint removed. He is doing great! Mother Nature abhors a vacuum, and she filled
everything in with scar tissue and stuff, and Cricket walks almost perfectly normally now. We'll be in touch again soon! Thom, Abigail, Wickie, Tweekie, Charlie Chan, Rocket J. Squirrel,
Flower, Stripey, The Meeze, Li'l Rosie, Patty-Tunia, Diamond, and Shakey-Bakey. Oh, the dogs said to tell you "hi" too, okay??? That's from Pobby, Missey, Patrick, and ol' Bugle.
(Good grief, there's a "baker's dozen" of cats!!! Jo) I like the idea of the vet coming here, then you could all watch my examination on the web, actaully that might not be such a good
idea :-)
Sorry to hear you've not been well, Frank. Have given you a mention on my show.....Lots of love Alan Thanks Alan
Hi Frank, the name's Eddie (also known as Lardy due to an exercise allergy). I recovered well from a car accident five years ago, tho' I was nowhere near as badly hurt as you. Still in
charge of the 'hood so it goes to show they can't knock it out of you that easily. With that pin, I reckon you deserve an honorary membership of the CWA. Cats With Attitude in case
you've not heard the stories, though I'd find it hard to believe. Don't know how you are off for female company but if you like, I'll get one of my sisters to drop you a line. Her name is Shellie
and she's a right tart;-) Later dude Eddie P.S. Six weeks man, six weeks. I'll do one in the garden with your name on it. Take care. Cheers Eddie, don't leave one in our Garden or
George dog will eat it! Tell your sister thanks for the offer but I'm a bit lacking if you know what I mean ...
Hi Frank, we're glad you're doing so well. It's great that you've got such caring owners.
Hi, Frank, You look more gorgeous ever day. Here's a cyber breakfast ...Lots of love from Lucy the Cat
G'morning Frank, I'm so glad to hear (read) that you are progressing well. As I can't send you flowers or grapes could you send me a private place where I could send some plastic to
your slaves and then they could give you a special pressie. Lots of purrs and a slice of pigeon we just came across in the garden. XX Thankyou, I shall tell them to sort somethin out
(they are pretty hopeless though...<)

It was very inhumane what that driver did, not thinking to stop a rescue a little life like yours. God bless the couple that did. Let you know Im thinking of you, get well soon little chap.
Your friend Anita
We wish you well! We had a cat named Frank for many years-- he just passed away 2 months ago, but lived a long and happy life. He adopted us one night in a tavern in Blaine
Wash. U.S.A.--- he had been wandering the streets for about 2 weeks, but that night he walked into the tavern, said hello and left. When we decided to leave, there he was, waiting at our
truck and meowing at us to take him home-- which we did and were so happy we did!!! Yep us Franks are good at getting owners..
GET WELL SOON AND LISTEN TO KISS 100 FM! okok, I get the feeling you are not going to let this Kiss thing go...
Hi Frank, when you get out of your cage, what is the first thing you are going to do? Fee. Another good question there, thankyou. The first thing I will do when I get out of the cage
is to be yapped at by George the dog, after I've done that for a bit I'll probably have a kip on my nice comfy bed...
Frank should listen to Magic 1170 FM (Cleveland) I hear they have been play requests..they are now on my list of stations to be listened to
Dear Frank How lovely it is to see you recovering in your cage. We were all very sorry to hear about you accident, and we're so glad to see you are making good progress.

vet does. I shoul dbe allowed out for the cage in the next couple of weeks when my pelvis is strong enough until then I think I'm better off in here, bored yes, pelvicly happy indeed
Lieber Kater Frank, wir wünschen Dir gute Besserung. Die Menschen Gaby und Monika, die Katzen Strolich, Namber One,Madam Butterflay, Minka und Tommy. Thankyou (I

Dear Frank, My cat George was hit by a car and suffered a broken hind leg and pelvis. He made a full recovery after about six months of treatment which included masses of physiotherapy. He never lost his appetite and I consider he became the last great unexplored area on Earth! In my thoughts and prayers, Frank. Get well soon. Susan xx Blimey 6 months..it must have been bad
Morning Frank, I see you're sleeping again just as my Tiger Lily does but then she's 15 years old. Bob and Ruby are both out in the fields chasing mice and rabbits. We've told all our friends in Carlisle about you and they will send you their love. Get well little one, Love Caz Excellent, thankyou
Hey Frank, do you have any brothers or sisters? Or were you an only kitten? Fee! xxx It's D, I'm not sure if he had any as we adopted him, good question though
Hi Frank! just thought id say what brilliant carers u have Thankyou
Dear Frank Sorry to hear about your accident. As long as you look forlornly into your Minnions eyes, no one - no one will be able to resist your silent request for a slice of chicken or two or a bowl of the best cream in town. We know that humans cannot resist the tilt of the head and the lost look that we have trained them to react to and to serve up some goodies for us to eat. However, it was very good of the two samaritans to help you, so very kind and it lives up to the stories of the humans that you hear of so often. So keep your pecker up Frank. Speak to you soon. With regards from Two fellow citizens of the cat world Monty and Missie
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Ha silent..me hahahaha
Franskter, pal, Aha, & I bet you you were having a placido domingo up to now. But I am in bardic spirit today, and wouldst bestow upon mine friend who hast mine own self cured of yon dual addictions of solitaire and online crosswords, some gems of a bardical nature.
Ah, Franklet, thou has cleft mine heart in twain upon mine dining hour, For whilst it is a known fact that all the world's a stage, Wouldst thou, mine precious, desist from displaying thine exits and thine entrances During mine own vital-taking. Fare thee well, but rest ye not For, mark thee, I shall return. Err no, this all uncensored!
Frank, I'm writing you from the colonies, about 32 miles due West of where the World Trade Center used to be. Why not try listening to a fabulous radio station in The States? Check out http://www.wnyc.org/asx/wnycfm.asx and see what you think. During our nighttime, they play classical and modern serious music. During our daytime, they have fantastic news and talk shows featuring some of the best interviewers in this country, NPR news and even the BBC world service! Our cat, Eva Purron (pun intented; no political endorsement implied), was hit by a car three years ago and broke a leg in six places. A surgeon repaired the bone with a pin, she wore a cast for two months and lived during that time in a cage just as you do, now. But she healed perfectly and now, hopefully, the bad experience is the faintest of memories. Soon, you will be able to say the same, I hope, assuming your Big Pink Things can understand you as well as we understand our cats. Regards, Jeff and Barb In a cast eh?? Did people write on it ?,
Good morning Frank, we are glad to see that you are doing better every day, you are so sweet. How long you got to stay in the cadge? We send you our love and wish you only the best. Love from all of us Irene from Germany Hello, I'm in the cage for the next few weeks until my pelivs gets strong enough for me to walk about on it

All the nurses at The Wood Green Animal Shelter are wishing you a speedy recovery! Thankyou very much, nice people, if anyone out there needs a cat go and see the nice people at Wood Green!
Our cat Thomas was almost 21 and full of arthritis. He was always in a great deal of pain. Our vet supplied us with vetegesic injections to give Tom. I had to learn to give him injections, but to see the pain leave him so quickly, it was worth the 'discomfort' I felt. Maybe this may help Frank.
To Frank. Please get well soon. I'll ask St Francis to keep a special watch over you. Love Michele, Steve and all our furry family xxx Injection!? Ouch Hopefully it won't come to that but if it does I'm sure they will be up to the task
Hello Frank, I'd like to tell you how much I enjoy your company. My own dear girl died on February 11th and I haven't found another friend as yet, so you're helping to fill a painful gap. I look in on you every day and look forward to the time when the cameras are pointing away from the cage to follow your progress. Lots of love, Moira xxx Glad I can help Moira, I'm not sure what will happen when I'm out of the cage, we are thinking about a few options
Sorry about the blank message Frank. I've just learnt e-mails. Anyway you are mentioned in 'Computing' 28 Feb 2002. You have won the virtual champers award. It's a weekly industry magazine for computer professionals. They tell all computer people to log on and say get well to you. It's my husband who is he genius not me. Tell your Mum and Dad about your award. Thankyou
hi frank , hope you are feline better. Do you remember any part of the accident? Lorna and Fee. Another great question..no (thankfully)
Dear Frank, hope you 'll get better soon. Lots of love xxx
With love from veegje en brammetje(+)
You made front page news on the Saffron Walden and Sawston Reporter this week. Unfortunately there wasn,t a photo. 100,000 hits!"!! Super, we are on nearly 180,000 now, it must be all those people from Sawston ..
Hi Frank - As you are sleeping most of the time, I just wondered what time of the day you were fed so that I could see you awake for a change. Hope you have a speedy recovery. Lot's of strokes and ear tickles - Jan xxxxx I'm usually fed between 7:10 and 7:30 am and about 6:00pm, the morning time can differ a lot at weekends!
Hello Frank, me and my pet humans are extremely impressed with your humans - mine are just as in-love with me, except when I try to kill their foolish pet gerbil. They took it off me when I first brought it back in through the cat-flap one day, and now they have it displayed in a tank (cos I already destroyed two cages!!). I'll just have to keep culling the blackbirds in the backgarden, and I'll think of you as I do! Hope you are back on form soon, it is nesting time in a couple of months and you know how tasty fledglings are!!! I do hope your humans find the kind folk that helped you, and I hope no good befalls the swines that broke your pelvis. Get well very soon, you've still another 8 lives left to live. Yours Mr. Mistofilees (Misty) and the human gang of five XX Thankyou, I find Gerbils a triffle boney...
Hi Frank Shadow and I were watching you and its the first time we saw you move. Good going. we are thinking of you hope your better soon.... Shadow Vinnie Sweet Pea Keysha Mouser Scampers Maggie I try to please. I expect I had to go for a lie down afterwards thought :-)

Hi! Mate. Brighton Boy here! (Hove, actually!) but being called Hove Boy would not have the same ring to it! My human has been behaving oddly , she keeps on complaining that I wander around too much and that I am unfaithlu just because I keep my options open! She is not always here so I've got to ensure I have a few fallbacks (Adele next door, the little old lady down the road, the neighbour on the right etc..). I am a tough old boy, I've survived at least 15 years so far, I had to use my wits so Frank, come and visit me and I'll show you some of the tricks! Keep up with the good work! Brighton Boy and the human Beatrice 15 flippin eck thats good going, please tell me your secret..
hi frank i hope ur getting better and will get out Thankyou, I am getting better and I will get out!
Dear Frank - You are very cute! So sorry to hear about your accident and congrats to the kind people that picked you up. As owners of five dogs and two guinea pigs, we know all about taking animals to the vets! Anyway, we will be keeping an eye on you from now on (heard about you on Radio Cambs). Best wishes and lots of love from the Tibbles (Chas,Sue & Becks) plus Blossom, Poppy & Millie (Tibetan Terriors), Tash & Toby (Yorkies), Oscar & Theodore (Guineas) Blimey there are a lot of you, thanks
Hi Frank your manx relationas are rooting for you. I check most days to see how you are. Must rish off to eat my tuna -Henry Hi Henry, glad to hear from you agian, how is the Tuna ?
Hi Frank We have been logging on at least once a day to see how you are getting on - we are reassured that you are sleeping a lot..... that is one of our favourite activities too, next to eating and leaving fur and leaves all over the carpet! Genni has been listening to some of Penny's (one of our 2 leggers) CDs today - she recommends Sarah Jane Morris - Roger's CDs can be a bit loud and noisy - something called heavy metal - is your metal pin heavy metal? if so does that mean it is very noisy - oh poor you...... We hope your 2 leggers are feeding you excellent food - dont let them fob you off with any old rubbish you know. We notice now that you are a three camera cat - that must be unique. Jasper - who has funny back legs - has been having some homeopathic treatment which has been very successful - unfortunately his lovely vet lady has moved to the Isle of Sky so now he will be receiving his medicine via email! Do you think that is a first for cat technology?! Jasper has also been having some osteopathy - he thinks this is a bit weird but that too has been great - he now moves even more quickly than before. Our 2 leggers say he looks a bit like a mad dishmop! We think it is a term of endearment but we still arent sure. Well must get a bit more sleeping in before bedtime - night night Frank Wow! medicine via post that is great, I wonder if they could post the vet to see me! the pin was lightweight made from the purest unobtainium
Hi Frank! I am a german girl and I dont speak english very well! I wish you health and no pain! I have a cat, too. His name is Willi and he is 11 years old. Bye and good improvement! Manu Thankyou for the message, I've asked D to write back to you
