Hi Frank! Get better soon, and tell your kind and loving owner that in addition to the excellent care he gives you, that he should not let you roam outside. Indoor cats live longer and ours are very happy! Love, Carol

Hello, Frank! I'm so sorry to hear of your terrible accident, and we hope that you are getting better every day. You seem macho enough to rise above! Please be careful in wandering around in your cage - as a wise cat once told me,just because you can do something does not mean that you should! You are truly a handsome guy, and an inspiration to our 4 fur faces! Get well soon! Dee and Meryl Kraft San Diego, California USA

I feel very very sorry for you Frank because you got run over by a car. I hope you get better soon from Charlie Bennett age 6.

you poor little darling we hope you feel ok today we will look at your catcam site every day to see how you are progressing and hope that you will soon be back to full fitness love and licks xxxxxxxxxxx

sorry to see frank's predicament, but we can tell you about our cat lucky, who had a similar problem but our vet suggested no pinning, and just let the bones heal. thankfully that worked but she had a problem with one back paw,she would drag it, and unless she started walking properly we would have bigger problems. we massaged her paws as often as we could. and then miracles happen and she started using her paws she is now 13 years old and lively as ever. good luck frank loads of love jackie & ron

Frank, we here at Branston, Burton on Trent, wish you a speedy and complete recorvery. Our 'Tanny' (British short-hair - black) wishes you well too. She is quite an old lady now but is fit and well. Good Luck Frank.

I do hope you will recover fully from your ordeal. I have 3 pussies ~ Katie, Thomas and Mustard ~ Thomas had a terrible road accident also 5 years ago ~ he had internal injuries and if it wasn't for the kind person who unfortunately run him down ~ and hadn't stop to take him to the Vet's at around midnight he would not have survived. He was very sick and had to be operated on the following day. Thankfully, he has fully recovered but we almost lost him a few times following his operation and he was in hospital for 3 weeks. I shall follow your progress. I see today you look really laid back.....I pop in offen to see how you are. xxxxxxx

hey cool cat! we need you back you're a celeb now!

feel better kitty. best regards from Omaha Nebraka.

Hi Frank, We are Tarzan (M18) and Joop (F14) from Soest - The Netherlands. In "De Telegraaf" we read your story. Get well soon! Hugs from Tarzan and Joop.

I don't know if u would get this in your area but frank's whole story was told on northsound one in Aberdeen.(just thought he might want to listen too it.) Hope Frank has a great recovery!!!!!!!! We'll be listening tomorrow

We both think you're a lovely, beautiful cat and we hope you get better soon. Great website too - keep up the good work. Bye!

Hi! Old boy. This is Brighton Boy from Hove. Still checking your progress. You are doing well, especially on the fame side! Mentioned in "The Times"! I am a bit jealous. Frank, keep up with the good work, Your old mate (Indeed although it has not been proved my vet thinks I am at least 15 years old!) My human Beatrice sends lots of feline kisses.

To a furry friend hope your caged time will set you thinking about the dangers of cars and vans and lorries. they are such a worry for cats and hedgehogs and deer. I hope you are learning the highway code while you have time on your paws. I would like to know how old you are if it isn't an impertinent question. Keep purring.

Hi Frank Wiskers here, 3 legged moggie (due to arthritis) Have a lovely 6 weeks in bed and get well soon. Best wishes Wiskers and my friend Emmy

Hope you get well soon. From Lucy Bowden( 12) in Plymouth. PS Our cat Tilly sends her best wishes she wants her own web site now.

i am from aberdeen and i also read about frank in the times yesterday morning.

Hi frank, Go easy on those pills now, I also tackled one of those dastardly 4 wheeled cars not so long ago. The pills they gave me after the operations caused a slight growth spurt which to this day is only slightly noticeable. It does however mean that next time I'll leave a bigger dent. Get well soon, Butch Hmmm I'm sure I've seen this before..

Greeting meows to Frank from Panther, Lucky and Abby in Minnesota, USA. Oh, and hello from their person, Carol. (Tucker the canine sends a woof, and Snickers the rabbit ... well, she just wiggles her nose in your direction.) We're sorry that you're having to recuperate from such a nasty accident, and hope you're feeling better. Your people obviously care for you a great deal, and are doing everything they can to help you feel better. We especially like that they are using music (on radio) as a therapeutic tool to make your recovery easier. Our person is a Registered Music Therapist, and knows the value of that. She does caution, however, that having music on 24 hours per day isn't always the best thing, it starts to become "background noise". It would be good to turn it off at night while you sleep and perhaps for an hour or so once or twice per day. Our person often leaves the radio on for us during the day while she's at work. Hang in there! Don't worry the radio is off at night

Hello frank! Get better soon We love you cats!!!!!!!!! from the Stainton family

Our black and white cat Ambrose had an RTA two and a half years ago and also fractured his pelvis. He was only a year old at the time and we were extremely worried about how he would cope with being confined to a cage for 6 weeks. For the first week or so he slept almost constantly and around a fornight after the accident he has to have his tail amputated because it became infected, but he did cope and when the six weeks was up he was really pleased to have a bit off freedom again. Although he walks a little strangely with one leg going out futher to the side than a normal cat he is now leads a completely happy life. Please give Frank a stroke from us and Ambose sends him a lick and a purr too!

Glad you are on the mend Frank. My owner found this site so I'll look every day to see how you are doing. Would you like me to catch you a bird ? Yes please!

Hi Frank Hope you feel better today - did you know that you made it to ITV teletext on Friday? kisses & hugs from Jenna & Lauren No, but I do now and I'll investigate, thankyou

Hello Frank We are four cats who own a daft woman called Anna and she is writing this e-mail for us as we have other things to do, mainly washing and sleeping. We were very upset about your accident but are so delighted that you are now on the mend and we will keep in touch to see how you are getting on. One small tip - make the most it it by getting your human slaves to pamper you. Lots of love and purrs from us.

Hi Frank! I sincerely hope you get well soon. So you can go home and be with your owners (mommy and daddy) soon. Lots of love, patts and huggs from Sharon in Hamilton, Ontario.

Get well soon Frank, we will bring your owners a mouse or two (as we do ours) so they dont miss you. Not all doggies are bad, we have two who keep us warm at night and their biscuits make super toys to play with. Best wishes. Dog's are great, I'll put up a picture of ours sometime

Dear Frank We were very sorry to hear about your accident and hope you will soon be better. We first read about you in The Independent on Sunday. We live in North Wales but our owners have two nephews who live in Cambridge so we do know about it, but we thought everyone went about on bikes, we now realise that they don't having read about your accident with a car. We will keep an eye on your website to keep up with your progress. Lots of love, Henry (enormous tabby and white) and Guinness(petite black with white star) xxxx Thanks for the tip, I'll go and buy a copy

get well and good luck.

After chickens, cats are my favourite playmates. Get well soon and come and play ! Love Doris woof woof !

good luck frank. may you get every chance in life. my cat "keith"was not as lucky as you the vet my keith was taken in to after he was hit by a car did nothing because he did not know who the owner was. you are one lucky dude !!!

Fear Frank, I am a 6 year old tabby cat and I was also knocked down by some evil driver who did not stop. Luckily some kind person called RSPCA man and he took me to the vet as I was unconscious. I do not wear a collar but am microchipped so the vet managed to contact my owner who was very worried about me as I do not usually go out for long. They thpught I had broken my pelvis too but by some miracle it was just badly bruised but did hurt a lot and all I wanted to do was go home..I was very excited when my owner came to collect me and made sure that she knew that by howling all the way home in the car. I was made to take some awful oily rubbish to make sure that I could go to the toilet but soon spat that out. Anyway I am pleased to be fully recoved apart from slight nerve damage to my head which makes my eyes go wonky but I am bascially back to my mischievious self and hope that you will soon be back on your paws and enjoying life! Get well soon Love Jocasta xoxo

Dear Frank! After reading about your accident in yesterday's Times I have logged on to your website to see how you are getting along! I am attaching a photo of myself; we look quite similar don't you think? You are very fortunate to have such caring owners; I'm sure they were terribly upset when they saw you after the accident. I am about to have my 3rd birthday in March and I am a very spoilt girl cat indeed. My owner has enjoyed reading all your get well messages; it's so nice to know that people care about us moggies! lots of love BRAMBLE (Craven) xxxxx PS. What a beautiful cat you are!!

Dear Frank, so sorry to hear about your misfortune. Perhaps you would like to visit Australia to recuperate ... where it is much warmer (assuming your Mum and Dad will let you go!!). Wishing you a speedy recovery, love from Ruby (the Burmese from Melbourne). xoxox

you poor old thing Frank!I have just lost my sister Suzi when a car squashed her. The humans cried all night and gave her a funeral with a cross and all that stuff. glad you've made it. You need to get fit as there are loads of chicks hatching. ttfn BIG SIDXXXXX

Hello, Frank, We have just been looking over your website. You must surely be the best-known cat in the country (and possibly abroad, too). We are all very sorry about your nasty accident, but hope you will progress in leaps and bounds from now on. Hope you won't get too bored by six weeks confinement in your cage. When Joey fractured his sternum aout 12 months ago, he got very, very bored, and that was only after one week in confinement at the Vet's surgery. We will be watching your progress and hope you will soon be able to all the usual catty things you enjoyed before the accident - but please stay off the road. We are sorry that your friend, Murkin, did not survive her accident, and think it is very thoughtful of you to dedicate your site to her. Let's hope she is enjoying catching mice and snoozing in the sunshine of Rainbow Bridge. (Joey & Chloe are twin brother & sister black cats, now six years old - snf we hope and trust they will never stray onto the very busy road outside our house.)

Dear Frank, Maybe you should be an indoor cat like me. It rocks! I'm relaxing inside today to watch Canada win the Gold in Hockey. Love and healing wishes, Eleanor from Cambridge, Canada

Hi Frank! Get better soon my dear friend. But, with all the care you receive from all over the world this will be only a matter of time we hope! A hug from your Dutch fans!

o much love in the world mate you cant help but get better and better it might have come out of a scary event but your site makes for very enjoyable viewing love zena (and be careful out there next time!) my human hopes yours isnt too worried about you now and that all this support helps too xxxx

Hello Frank As a fellow cat, I wish you all the best in your aim for a speedy recovery. All the best and keep those whiskers clean and Tidy Gingercat

Hi Frank, Just to let you know you're featured on Wired News today (Sunday) at www.wired.com. There's a paragraph about you on the bottom right. Thanks

hi frank you look purrfect to me love susie

Hey Frank.. get well soon and don't make a mess of your litterbox.. Love, Frank

Hi Frank, My name is Marcia I'm from Chicago, IL and I just recently heard about your story reading it on another web site and I just had to find out what all the comotion was all about... Well I can see what a special lil guy you are. Im glad your feeling like yourself again, Im glad to see your eating! I have told many of my friends about your story and encouraged them to check it out for themselves...Well I have many warm wishes kisses and hugs from Chicago, IL on your wellness and hope to hear that your leg is gonna be alright! Sincerely, Marcia

Hi there Frank, We've just discovered your site following a report in the Daily Express. Just to let you know there is life after 'the cage' - as witnessed by our attached photo's - both of us were involved in accidents with motors - Henry had two very badly smashed back legs - someone suggested that he had more metalwork than Barry Sheene - as for me, Daisy May, it was myface that connected with the 4 wheeled monster I've now recovered from my smashed jaw but they tell me I'll probably lose my right eye which was hanging out when I arrived at the Vet's. One spooky thing - you're a Wood Green cat our keeper's up here in Leamington Spa are organisers for the local supporter's group for Wood Green! We are going to e-mail our friends Genni, Poppy and Ziggy in Coventry to tell them about your site. Incidentally all dogs aren't bad! We share our place with a Wolfhound cross and Bedlington cross and we and the rest of the feline gang have got them sorted! Hope you get well soon. Daisy May and Henry

I just need to know, does anyone ever stroke you Frank, I never see a hand on your head or anyone appear in the doorway. If you were my cat I would always be looking in at you. Obviously you're being fed but is this taking place at night? Wishing you a speedy recovery xxxxxxPlease don't worry I'm getting lots of attention, I've had my tummy tickled a number of times today and I've been purring my little head off. I usually get fed in the mornig and again in the evening, however at the moment it is just mornings (cos I'm not very hungry). In fact as soon as this is updated I'm sure David will give me another little tickle

One of my cats was run over about 4 years ago she was 2 years old, unfortunately she was found too late. This is a message for you Frank to get well soon from myself and my other two cats (Tabatha, aka Fat Beast and Tasha, aka Baby Cat). My cat that died was called Akasha, aka Soad, Fat Lard, there were lots of names she was called some were not very polite (for example Cooking Fat, but she was loved very much and she bought light into the household). My cats share the same past times as you sleeping, eating and putting about as much cat fur around the place as possible. I miss my cats lots as at the moment I am at university and when I do go home to visit, Tabatha seems to be annoyed with me for leaving her and looks down her nose at me for the rest of the weekend. As Winston Churchill once said "Dogs look up at you, cats look down at you and only pigs see you as their equal". Frank you look such a lovely cat that when I was reading the Express newspaper from yesterday I had to immediately log on to see how you were. I am pleased to see that since I have logged on you have changed your sleeping position. Hopefully soon you will be back out there chasing mice and putting the birds to rights (just in time for spring). It is nice to see that you have survived such a terrible accident and I sometimes wonder what if Akasha survived, but if she had I would not be at university now and in a way it brought me closer to Tabatha (Tasha was already close to). So once again sending you our best wishes. Lots of Love Sam, Tabatha and Tasha

I wholeheartedly recommend the fab SOFTWAVE RADIO out of Moscow. Check their site and listen live. www.softwave.com your life will change. music will be redifined. Softwave plays soft lounge, and theme music. Its a mustMoscow, cool maybe later in the week

Hello Frank I know I am a dog but I want you to get better very soon. Keep your chin up son. Suzie the Lhasa.

Our mum works for the vet, she says take plenty of rest, try not to do too much and do everything the vet says. Tubby has experience of cage confinement after losing both hip joints as a result of accidents. Although he's a little stiff he manages to climb over the fence and terrorise all the birds in the area!!! Get well soon from the gang!

Frank, You've been mentioned in Wired.com (http://www.wired.com/). Congratulations and good luck on a speedy recovery. Quinn & Shirin

Dear Frank, Hope you are feeling much better. Good luck for your visit to the vet on Monday. Ps. Would you consider being the father of Jessica's babies when you get better. She is currently on the look out for an eligable batchelor of good strong stock, not like the scally cats that live here. Get well soon Thanks for the king offer, alas being a Wood Green cat I'm a little lacking if you follow my drift...

Well our old mucker, we hope you are getting better by the second. We think you are a great cat, and we will pray for U. cheers Fredward and Barney of Wales.

Dear Frank I was sorry to see you looking so ill. It reminded me of the time a couple of years ago that I too was in hospital and very poorly for a few weeks - in fact the vet was very worried that I would not pull through. But those humans don't realise how stubborn we cats are, and just look at me now!! Lots of purrs from M.T. (aged 13)

hi i saw the story in one of our daily papers. I hope frank gets well real soon!! Best wishes from Holland, Carmela

Meow Meow Meow Frank! We heard you are in the hospital with a broken pelvis.... Owie!! How horrible for you. Your Mum and Dad must sure love you to make this neat website for you. We've been reading all your get well cards and couldn't help notice that there were no dogs that have sent you mail. We have a cat sister named Mocha, we're sending you a picture of her. She's rather like the Queen Mum here, keeps all of us in line. We're also sending you a picture of us taken a few years ago. We'll be lying in wait just like that, until we know you're out and about once more. May your recovery be a quick one. Joyous Howls & Meows, Ruger, Shaman, Omar, Ashraf, Chamaco, Nidawi, Kokopelli, Pandora, Pádraig & Kismet (the canids) & Mocha (the cat) Our Mum Camille sends love, healing energy & best wishes.

We're thinking of you and hope you get well soon. It's nice to know that there are lots (22,000!) of mad cat/cat mad people about. Take care - lots of love.

Hi there, my name is Jenny and i absolutely adore cats. I hope Frank gets well soon, on the webcam he looks very warm and content. I read his story and saw the pictures of his x-rays. I want to be a vet when i'm older so i took close notice of them. Poor frank must have been in a lot of pain when the accident happened. Please send my get well wishes to frank and please, please, please give him a cuddle from me. Thank you. From...Jenny Consider Frank cuddled

Poor Frank, Our last cat, Ted, did the same but refused to stay in a cage. Got better but had a limp. Finally disappeared, God love him. Korky is fit and well (so far) and sends his love. Just stay away from his patch. Night night Korky & Fran Kells Ireland (Fran's husband thinks she's finally lost it)

Frank, we are 2 cats that are members of the Edinburgh cat detective agency. We have dispatched our best undercover kitten to hunt down the stupid human who ran you over. When he finds them he will hack furballs through their letterbox and pee on their car. Get well soon! Treacle and Flurry!

Hi Frank, Get well soon!!! You are now a STAR... My own cat (Dusty) suffered a car accident and after extensive surgery , sadly didn't pull through. He was 17. You are a TOP CAT!!!!

Hi Frank, my name is Fudge and I'm 11 years old - a golden oldie. I hurt my eye the other week in a fight (shh don't want my owners to find out how it happened). I had to go to the vets and have injections and all that, that was bad enough but to go through what you're going through must be tough. My owner thinks you're really cute, I was getting jealous for a minute or two. I'll keep surfing the site every day to keep a check on you and wish you a speedy recovery. You're owners are special people - for a special cat!

Poor Frank. Get Well Soon.
