Stephen Allen qualified as a chartered accountant in 1984 and has over 15 years of experience of financial advisory work.
He has worked in corporate finance teams of three major accountancy firms specialising in the SME and venture capital and was a manager at the Cambridge office of Ernst & Young. He has advised a number of technology companies and raised substantial amounts of money for growth companies.
